Machico Fachos View, a Home in Madeira

Machico Fachos View is an apartment for families or groups of up to four in the centre of Machico — with a large balcony facing the valley slope and its own parking, a few minutes from the sea and the beach.

The apartment is 96 m² and consists of two bedrooms with single beds (90 × 200 cm) that can be joined together into a double bed, two private bathrooms with shower, and a living room with kitchen and dining area. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a slope of the Machico valley. There is also a private parking space on the property.

It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) and TV with international channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

The apartment is in Machico city centre, just 250 m from the sea and 550 m from the sandy beach.

Within walking distance, there are shops, supermarkets, the main bus station and some attractions.

The airport is 4 km away and just a few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and forest trails for nature lovers and walkers.

Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, beach, surfing, fishing and other activities.

The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the city centre, bus stops and has easy access to the main roads to discover the island.

Although the area is not very busy, there may be traffic noise, which is reduced by closing the windows.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
