Showers is so amazing but the products shampoo a conditioner cream soap are spa level, food is gourmet but the service is upscale, coffe at the room is Omg and the bed the pillows the little details like delicious water a plate with amazing local fruits desert and orange juice as welcome ! «Excellent, very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were kept spotless. I would have a few suggestions concerning improvement of the bathrooms, however. The toilet flushing knob should not be located under a stone shelf. There should be a window to the outside, not to the room itself. It would also help if the restaurant tab could be part of the checkout.»

«We stayed two nights at Swissotel Quito. All staff were friendly and we felt safe at all times. The breakfast buffet was very good, however a bit expensive. But this was expected at such a nice hotel. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We also tried the gym which was well equipped. At checkout there was a misunderstanding regarding payment for an upgrade, however when we mentioned it Swissotel fixed it straight away. We would stay here again. »

«Our first night was a bit rocky — our room was in the Historic area of the hotel, close to the road, and we could hear a neighboring dog barking. The next morning at breakfast, we only saw coffee, toast, cereal, and fruit, so we thought that was all that was available. «Room was very clean, charming and comfortable. Interior of hotel is quiet. Rooms on front are much more exposed to street noise during the days. Hotel was very accommodating and arranged for transportation from airport and on to our next destination in Mindo. Breakfast was cooked to order, plentiful and delicious. We ordered dinner one night and it was excellent too. Rooftop offers gorgeous views. »
