Supert hotell
Avstikker til Macau på ferie i Hong Kong. Flott hotell, med lekkert rom og fasilieter. Fint svømmebassen, supre restaurant og flott SPA. I gå avstand til gamlebyen, og en kort taxi tur til Casino stripa. Rommet var rålekkert med flott utsikt til havn.

The room has a moldy smell and some parts are dusty. The floor tile outside the bathroom has a cracking sound when stepped on. Waited for 20 mins to redeem the free pork chop bun which looks miserably small and unappetizing. The location is convenient to walk to Senado Square and Ruins of St Paul and has buses to go to around.

Excellent Staff. I forgot a bag and called and they had it for me. Breakfast was superb. The downside was it seemed a little out dated compared to other hotels in Macao. Location is in the old part of Macau. (Not so great for me) however, there are shuttle buses to go to other hotels. Ac NOT great. Other than that, rooms are comfortable and I like beds and sheets.

沒有氹仔碼頭去酒店的穿梭巴士,房間有一種難聞嗅味及沒有蒸餾水,要用水喉裝水,有點不衞生。不過職員服務態度良好,其他方面都不錯。

All in all a good hotel. I cannot fault the staff at all, very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is about the quality of food on offer. I had room service twice and both times if was not good. I had a look at dinner buffet as well and it didn’t look great or lots of fresh stuff coming out, so I gave it a pass. Perhaps the other restaurants were of a better standard. Nothing wrong with way room service was served or presented, but it was just poor quality of food and the way it was cooked.

Slightly detached from the main casino town. Much quieter and walkable to historical sites. River view was great towards mainland China.

The hotel itself(condition of room, tourist attractions near hotel, breakfast etc) was quite nice However, I would like to point out the serious confusion and frustration that this hotel caused to my travel. Even though I was waiting at the correct line of the shuttle at the right moment, I was driven to the other terminal(This hotel provides shuttle services to two terminals) The driver couldn’t speak any English, so when I found out I was driven to the wrong terminal, I couldn’t get any help. Because of that I missed my turbojet leaving Macau, which caused further problems on my travel schedule. I reported this matter and asked momentary compensation for missed ticket fee for turbojet and bus ticket fee which was needed to move to another terminal. But they replied that they would provide free upgrade of room when I stay in the hotel in the future. That is neither a realistic compensation for those people like me who have no future plan to visit Macau in the near future, nor a compensation that I asked. I was deeply disappointed by the hotel’s mistake and the response after I reported the complaint.

Excellent stay.
Hotel is beautiful between all the hustle and bustle of the city and the old world charm of colonial times. The staff were very friendly and responsive with requests.

外国人が宿泊するには不便なエリアで食事をする所もありますが外国人を受け入れるようなレストランは少なかったと思われます。ホテルの施設も高級ホテルと期待していましたが施設は古く、スタッフもフレンドリーでは無く、香港へのバスターミナルへの行き方をフロントに聞いても丁寧な説明はして貰えず残念でした。
