«Clean w/good heat and hot water. Lampshades are broken. Not fancy but clean. Heat and hot water were great.»

«Very cute quaint place. Historic and fun!! We stayed an additional night. The hostess lives on site however not easy to contact… not sure where she will be in the building… you can text so that is convenient. We would stay again if in the area. Breakfast is pastries, bagels, toast and fruit. Monday the town is pretty much closed.»

«Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great downtown location in a historic building.»

«Room was good. It needed some updating. Rails in the bathroom would have been very helpful. Staff was not available for check out. I rang bell & waited awhile, finally I threw the card onto the desk & left, since I paid when I booked.»

«We loved this hotel. Clean, spacious and right in town.»

«Totally ok for a hotel in a smaller place like Stroudsburg. The standard was pretty low as expected, but the service was good and overall clean. The breakfast was as expect for being in the US on budget and the Hampton Inn hotels. Good, but paper plates and plastics and packaged foods just doesn`t impress. »

«It was nice see Greek yogurt and healthy toppings such as pumpkin seeds and nuts were offered for breakfast. Close to restaurants within walking distance from the hotel»

«Friendly and Helpful Staff, Room was clean but thermostat was not working, ac was noisy and light in bathroom had bulbs out»

«No breakfast options»

«Everything regarding Lafayette Inn was great. The staff is wonderful and very helpful if you have any questions about Lafayette College or places to eat in Easton.»

«I left the hotel with bed bug bites»

«I reserve through Expedia king bedroom suite weeks in advance. When I arrived, they said the only thing I had available was a bedroom suite for someone with disabilities. When I asked to change my room, they said they had no other rooms available. We have stayed there before and had a beautiful king suite. This time I felt they left whatever was available.»

«Location was perfect. The housekeeper did a nice job but the room was very dated. The heater sounded like a race car and was very very old. The thermostat dial was useless. We had hotter than hell or cold air. Luckily the weather was nice so we didn’t need it often. Having said that it was a nice get away and we’ll probably go again next year.»

«unfortunately after 10mins in the shower the water was freezing»
