The ground floor comprises a vast living room with large round-arched windows, a decorative fireplace and French beams, leading directly onto the terrace with views of the Monts d'Or villages. There is also a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with dining table.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor: a large bedroom with a queen-size bed 160x200*, a second bedroom with a king-size bed 180x200* and a washbasin, and a final bedroom with a double bed 140x200*. There is also a second small lounge leading to a bathroom with bath for added comfort.
On the second floor, you have access to a first master suite of 22m2 with a double bed 160x200* and its bathroom with shower and double sinks, then a bedroom with two single beds 90*200 and a washbasin.

The swimming pool can be closed with a submerged roller shutter, it is totally safe regarding children.

The entire Memorable Place team is committed to providing you with the safest possible stay! Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linen used.

As mentioned in the advert, parties and any noisy events (loud music etc...) that might disturb our neighbours are forbidden in our flat.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the flat. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.

IMPORTANT: a deposit of €3000 will be required before the start of your stay. It will not be possible to access the flat without a security deposit. Thank you for your understanding.

On arrival, insert the gate code to open the gate. Parking spaces are available inside the property. Gate width: 2.36m

Keys are handed over by Memorable Place staff, and a time of arrival must be arranged in advance.
