«Pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and extremely small. Room was nice. Breakfast was terrible. Cold sausage and rubbery eggs with hard French toast. Waffles were good. Was told we could check out at 12:30 and then at 11:30 they started knocking on our door and calling us. Was told no late check out due to the workers wanted to get home for Easter. «The room across the hall had pets that barked into the night and early in the morning. Front desk was unable to correct due to hotel being at capacity. We had traveled from PA to visit Liberty Univ., and the dogs made rest/sleep difficult.»
