Magnolia Cottage.
While on our way home from North Carolina to Texas we stayed at Magnolia Cottage. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to get ready for another days travel. The ability to have Netflix to watch was an added benefit. We will definitely like to stay here when we are in this area.

Amazing stay with Rebel Devil Coonhound
I wanted to take my only son away, just the 2 of us, to celebrate his 12th birthday! doesn’t get nearly as much love and sweet time with Mum as he should at home because he has 2 lovable, but rather psycho sisters who are always in his business. Excited when I found BringFido, which lists places that allow pets. I was hoping to find somewhere that was less than an hour away from Franklin, TN, a little rustic kind of place, in a picturesque setting and a fenced yard. Where we could relax in nature. Enter Magnolia Cottage. It was perfect. Except … Rebel was outside the weight restriction, so I contacted the host, Jasmine to see if he was ok. As someone else who has Three Dog Night’s every night, she not only gave Rebel the thumbs up 👍, she left the sweetest and beautifully worded Birthday card AND a prezzie of jerky treats! I did have some difficulty finding the Rebel got to be a dog all by himself, nobody bothering you when you eat, and Mum all to himself. The yard is full of shade trees, and in the large, fenced area, and particularly loved the rustling of leaves as we walked around. I also wanted him to be a good doggie guest, so we try to pick up and clean up after ourselves. Make it not quite as obvious a dog has been there. lol Would absolutely return here! There is a great booklet about the place on the bar when you arrive. The only part that I had some difficulty understanding was how to use the projector, but I am technically challenged.

Gorgeous property!
The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, and the place was super cozy and comfy! Loved the projector (and the signs/instructions for the remotes, I'm so bad with remote controls so it was super helpful lol)

Great Little Getaway.
We love the Franklin Nashville area and my husband loves to look for fishing streams so we saw this little place and booked it. We have never stayed in a cleaner place. Everything was comfortable. The bed was very comfy and I am picky about sheets! Hate the slinky thin ones on plastic wrapped mattresses! This was nice. Pillows too. Host was great! We will be returning!

Private, Quiet, Getaway
Perfect place to stay while traveling with dogs! My husband and our two dogs are traveling across the country while relocating and have been utilizing VRBOs along the way. This property is wonderful! It has great AC and WIFI and beautiful surroundings! PLUS the huge fenced in yard with a doggy door can’t be beat!!

Great times in a little hideaway
The property was exactly as described with all of the coziness of home on the road. The owner was very helpful from our initial booking through the whole trip. Lost internet due to storms and the owner responded immediately on how to reconnect. I definitely would have loved to enjoy the quietness and nature of the yard if I had more time to relax. Staying here is on our list for our next trip to Nashville! Sure beats the hotel pricing!

Everything You Need!
With a giant Magnolia tree out front, fenced in yard and well thought out amenities, you will certainly enjoy your stay here! Side porch, firepit and peace and quiet will certainly be appreciated! Clean and organized inside with smooth and simple check in! Wonderful place!

Great getaway!
I wanted to get away for peace and peace is what I found. It wasn't very far from restaurants and stores, so I was able to get out to grab a few things. Roads around the area was a little tricky at night, so do your shopping early. I would definitely come back.

Visit to Tennessee
Came down for the long weekend for a wedding and to visit family. Wonderful location for us near family and not far from town. Great amenities. Loved having a fenced in yard for our dog. The temps were in the 80s so the ACs did a wonderful job keeping it cool. Loved the use of the google devices. Overall wonderful place to stay would stay again definitely way more comfortable than any hotel.

My husband and daughter stayed overnight on their way to Atlanta.
My husband raved about the proximity to stores, gas, and the highway! He walked me through the home on Facetime and we both commented that it looked exactly like the photos. Sweet little dog friendly cottage for couple's retreat
My husband and I stayed at Magnolia Cottage for a weekend celebration for birthdays and anniversary. The property was within site of the road and a nearby neighborhood but otherwise was nice. We were pleasantly surprised to find the yard was fully fenced in and we could allow our dog to roam freely. The host Jasmine did a nice job of offering little treats to welcome us from an essential oil diffuser with floral oils, flyers for local activities of interest, dog bowls and mat, supplies to use the washer/dryer, and detailed instructions for using the "TV" (projector system), cooler/heater, etc. It's about 45 minutes drive from Downtown Nashville and 30-40 minutes from Franklin but surrounded by beautiful trees and land otherwise.

Perfect Getaway
We stayed at the Magnolia Cottage for a short getaway and it was perfect! The place was spotless, the property was beautiful and tucked away from the hustle of TN. We were able to go into Nashville for shopping and the night life, but then come back and sleep really well in peace, without the sounds of the downtown or the interstate. Our host was fantastic to deal with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this property for any couple looking for a peaceful getaway. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Magnolia Cottage because it was on our route of travel. Communication with the host was easy. Amenities were as expected, except for tv. There wasn’t easy access to television and streaming. This wasn’t a major problem, perhaps would have been if we had stayed more than one night. We would stay again.

I booked this property on my way out on a roadtrip, and then booked it again for my trip back. Best place I stayed on my whole trip. If you are travelling with dogs who need a place to stretch their legs, this is the place!

Dogs loved big wooded yard, few neighbors
Unique little house in the woods -- had the outdoor space I needed while traveling with two large dogs. Wire fencing all around, and plenty of space to run and sniff. There is a trailer park next door, but I did not see anyone out and about. There are distant barking dogs (across the street, I think) but they weren't a problem for me or my dogs. House is cozy, has everything you need, and has a great front window. Easy parking with a loop turnaround. Have already booked this for my return trip.
