«Overall we had a fantastic stay at Hotel Contessina. The hotel has a very nice design with lovely pool areas. Our rooms were luxurious, spacious and were kept very clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful and very attentive to any complaints. The breakfast offers a lot of choices, both hot and cold. Our only small complaint is that we would have liked some more fresh juices. (The first days of our stay there were no fresh juices at all). The housekeeping lady did an impeccable job and was incredibly kind, the bartender always served us with a smile and great friendliness, and the Asian waiter was exceptionally attentive, helpful, and charming. Ved ankomst fikk vi beskjed om at 1 av rommene måtte byttes 4 dager senere grunnet overbooking. Den første natten satt det flere fugle-babyer fast i taket på min brors rom, som på morningen datt ned takluken og inn på rommet hans. Hverken min bror eller fuglene fikk hjelp av hotellet.
