The staff here is exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. The Bar is very nice with a nice view of the park. It is open 24 hours. So you can get a drink even during the curfew. The room is beautiful with a beautiful view of the park and the University. Room service is good also.

К сожалению, Ваш комментарий недостаточно информативен, но мы внимательно рассмотрели всю ситуацию и проанализировали все жалобы, которые поступали от Вашего имени и готовы дать развернутый ответ. Команда BANKHOTEL очень ценит всех гостей и особенно рады приветствовать тех, кто уже не в первый раз приезжает к нам в гости, в том числе Вас. Согласно Вашему бронированию на номер категории "Стандарт" со стандартным временем заезда в 14:00, коллеги по рецепции встретили Вас любезно в 10:50, и учитывая, что Вы останавливались у нас не впервые, учитывая Ваш статус участника программы " PREMIUM VIP", мы предложили поселение в номер категории "Супериор" без доплаты за повышение категории и ранний заезд. После поселения в номер, Вам не понравилось, что кровати в номере соединены (хотя предыдущие разы Вы проживали именно в таких номерах) и он без балкона, а потому администраторы предложили номер с балконом и сплошной кроватью, но после 14:00, так как в этом номере проживали другие гости. Этот номер также Вам не подошел, потому что Вас смущал запах "сандалового дерева" который присутствовал в номере. Мы отнеслись с пониманием и переселили в другой номер, где Вас беспокоил шум детей из соседних номеров и лифта и ожидали объяснения руководства, на что мы сразу среагировали. Я лично позвонил по телефону и попытался прояснить ситуацию и пойти на компромисс, на что получил только угрозы "скандала" и предложил сменить снова номер на высший этаж и в конце коридора, но и этот номер Вам также не подошел, к сожалению. Администраторы приложили максимально усилия, чтобы сделать Ваш отдых максимально комфортным и старались учесть все Ваши пожелания, но как мы понимаем, для Вас этого было мало. Максим, мы желаем Вам найти в будущем лучший отель во Львове для своего пребывания, персонал которого удовлетворит и учтет все Ваши пожелания и не оставит плогого впечатления. Поздравляем Вас с наступающим Новым Годом и Рождеством!

A good option for Lviv
Hotel is a beautiful building. Staff are lovely, but they’ve partnered with a very unreliable laboratory for COVID-19 tests and this ruined our stay with a false positive. We were asked to stay in the room, unable to use any facilities of the hotel until our negative tests came back from a different laboratory. It caused significant stress and although the staff were really helpful and friendly but this doesn’t compensate for the extra costs for flight changes and unable to use the hotel facilities that you’ve been charged for. Ultimately, it is a good choice of where to stay but make your own arrangements for Covid PCR tests.

We really hope it will help all other guests who plan on visiting our hotel. On behalf of our whole team, once again, we want to apologize for the situation that you have faced during your stay regarding the Covid testings, we understand how much stress it can cost when you receive a positive result on Covid and what the consequences of this information may be. We really care about our guests and we do as much as possible on providing a perfect level of service and those tests are part of our service, just to make our guest`s stay more comfortable and easier. I will try to explain to you step by step your concern and the whole situation, the same information I`ve been sharing with you in our emails, but I hope it will remove some part of the negativity in this review. 1) Our hotel has a partnership agreement with Unilab, one of the biggest companies that consist network of laboratories in Western Ukraine and Kyiv. Unilab is working based on the certificate number 200012579 (provides medical services in the meaning given in Art. 3 of the Law of Ukraine "Fundamentals of the legislation of Ukraine on health care" from 19.11.1992) and in accordance with the license to conduct business in medical practice AG № 597497 from 09.02.2012. (the same info you can find on the official website of Unilab and on Google) and we totally trust our partner that`s why we have started our relations in the field of PCR and Antigen testings; 2) We don't charge more than the price of Unilab laboratory 1500 UAH per test and an extra 300 UAH for nurse coming to the hotel. I have sent you screenshots from the official website that confirms it; 3) Unilab is testing customers with high-quality reagents for PCR studies on SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19), which detects all strains of viruses (COVCITO) and еhese tests are highly sensitive and cover a wide range of SARS-CoV-2, in the same time antigen tests, are not that sensitive as PCR tests; 4) We distribute all the results of our guests as soon as possible and once we received a positive test from Unilab for the first time, the administrator has contacted the laboratory to double-check this result just to confirm the positive result. We have shared this info on 14/08 around 16:00, after this Front desk team has tried their best to provide all necessary help and service, they organize other nurses coming (from another laboratory) and we shared results on 15/08 around 14:00 just to make everything as fast as possible as we understand how disturbed you were; 5) According to the recommendations and requirements of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and hotel rules we were obliged to inform you that we cannot serve you in the restaurant (as it is a public place) but we offered you an option - free breakfast in the room and later on - free room service as we unde

As you`ve book the Standart room with the size - 19 м², this info is indicated on the booking platform. Usually we are happy to offer a free upgrade, but during your stay, it was not possible as we had 100% occupancy. For the next time, we suggest you book Superior or Junior suite if you are looking for bigger room. We stayed for two night with infant, did not experience any issues. Staff and everyone else were extremely accommodating. Great location about 10 minutes walk from center park cross the street is great for morning walk with baby. Will definitely come back when next time in Ukraine :)
