"Veldig hyggelige ansatte. Fikk byttet rom når badekaret hadde litt manglende vedlikehold. Fikk også sen utsjekk da jeg skulle ta kveldsfly"

"The beds and pilows were good. The walls are paper thing though, and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. The room was not modern, but was well taken care of and clean. Good towels. Breakfast was horrible, mostly just filipino stuff, so if you like a good western breakfast, forget about it. I left early in the morning around 9 and when I came back around 13:30, my room was still not cleaned (even though I requested cleaning). They came to clean it upon request to reception, which took 30+ minutes, and then they removed one of the towels, which the reception then asked if I had taken with me during check out. The location is walking distance to Intramuros, however the area is horrible (especially for solo women travelers) and I definitely regret not staying in Makati City. Reception said they gave me an unpgrade during check out, but I don’t see how the room was different from what I booked, except that I booked a double bed and got 2 single beds due to the «upgrade»."

"Unfortunately, this visit did not live up to the standard of my previous stays. The reception staff were excellent, the pool area is wonderful, and the breakfast offers an outstanding selection. However, our experience at the Steakhouse restaurant was very disappointing. Our meals did not arrive at the same time, and one salad was served so late that my colleague had almost finished her main course. No apology was offered. We also had to ask the waiter to put the Veuve Clicquot on ice, and most concerning, our red wine was repeatedly placed in the ice bucket. As we had invited business associates, this was particularly unfortunate and quite embarrassing. "

"Selve oppholdet og service var bra. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Var en del lyd etter kl 08:00 på morgenen og utover dagen, som pigging og boring i hotellet, samt at vi det ikke var registrert frokost som vi bestilte. Valgte da å ikke spise på hotellet."

"Rimelig og bra hotel Rent og pent. Meget god servise og veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell! Rommet ble rengjort hver dag når det passet best for meg! Ingenting negativt å nevne under mitt 4 dagers opphold!"
