«Our room was large and well equipped. The staff was very courteous and helpful especially the gentleman who helped us use the EV charger outside. We thought we would have access to a high-speed charger but the one that was available was a level two charger. Fortunately there was no one else who needed it so we used it for the night and had our car fully charged in the morning. «Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!»

«The Spinnakers Heritage House was an excellent place to stay while visiting Victoria. The room was absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed the local soaps and tea. It is a great location - close enough to walk to downtown and cafes in West Vic. The staff was great and we enjoyed our complimentary truffles and beer flight at the pub. We would love to come back in the future - so sad to hear it will be closing!»

«It’s an older hotel so here are the positives. Location is great! You are walking distance from most restaurants and retail as well as the inner harbour so it’s a vibrant area. Handy to have a restaurant & bar within the hotel if you want to enjoy a drink and the view. Negatives were no air conditioning in the hotel.
