Beautiful hotel. But I didn’t feel complete safe.
In the morning 09:15 while I could have still been sleeping , someone from hotel locked open the door and came in, without knocking.

Really nice hotel for a short stay in Luxembourg. Outside of the city centre but with a bus stop right outside the hotel and frequent buses. There's a nic boulangerie nearby where you can have breakfast. Rooms are modern with large beds and smart tvs. Would book again if visiting Luxembourg. Good value for money.

Our stay at the Mercure was excellent. Luxembourg was our final stop and the Mercure provided a perfect stay for us to rest up for the long flight home. I’d like to address the ease of the bus system in Luxembourg as the hotel staff explained it to us and we were able to move around the city with such ease. Thank you! We will certainly recommend and return if the opportunity arises.

Caro para o que oferece
Por ser um hotel da rede Mercure, dito 4 estrelas e com esse valor de diária, esperava um serviço melhor. O hotel é ok, quarto amplo e confortável. Mas o serviço é bem qualquer coisa. A recepção é junto ao bar, as vezes está vazia. O quarto só ficaria pronto 1h após o horário inicial de checkin e aceitamos isso. Porém, ao solicitar um late checkout, queriam nos cobrar 20 euros por 2h. Quando eles atrasam, não há desconto. Caso precise comer no hotel, de opção somente quiche e bagel. Parece que só se preocupam em cobrar, esquecem de oferecer um serviço que realmente justifique esse preço e o nome da rede.

Nous sommes navrés que les services proposés ne fût pas à la hauteur de vos attentes. N'ayant aucun restaurant au sein de l'hôtel vous en trouverez aux alentours ( max. 5min à pied ) cependant, nous proposons malgré cela du "Snacking" ce qui permet de déjeuner ou grignoter à l'hôtel.Le check-in étant à partir de 15h, nous sommes navrés que vous n'ayez pas pu accéder à votre chambre directement. Concernant le late check-out, c'est effectivement un service au coût supplémentaire de 20. Je suis cependant désolée que l'information concernant votre check-in ne fut pas transmise nous aurions fais le nécessaire avec plaisir . Nous espérons malgré ce désagrément vous revoir très bientôt . Toute l'équipe vous souhaite de très belles fêtes de fin d'année ! Cordialement ,

Het hotel was een hele fijne uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan het centrum. Je stapt voor de ingang zo op de gratis OV bus die binnen 10 minuten in het centrum is. In het weekend konden we daarnaast gratis parkeren langs de weg rondom het hotel. Ideaal. Het hotel was netjes en heeft een luxe uitstraling. De kamer had fijne bedden en het doorkijkje (de ramen) van de badkamer was inmiddels dichtgeplakt. Dit was wel fijner als je niet met je partner verblijft. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. De ene dag wel meer te kiezen dan de andere dag, maar nadat we hadden aangegeven dat veel leeg of op was, heeft het personeel de andere dagen veel beter aangevuld.

Highly recommended
the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, and extremely accommodating. The room is perfect and the area is quiet. the bus stop is right in front of the hotel so you can get to the center in minutes. The food was delicious too.

I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure. Lovely room ... wine available in the bar ... small fridge and there is a grocery store within 20 minute walk. Public transportation is free and there is a #9 bus stop in front of the hotel which goes to the train station.

Slick and comfortable
Slick and comfortable, easy checkin, polite staff; it's a bit far from the city center but Luxembourg has free public transportation and you can get there in no time in bus or tramway.

Tudo lindo, cheiroso e perfeito… único ponto a ser curado é queridas as manhãs a camareira entrava no quarto com a gente dormindo para limpar (aí ela via que tinha gente e saia) porém achei bem desagradável, a limpeza deve começar quando o hóspede está fora do quarto

Cute property, but you have to drive to town or take a free bus in front of the hotel. NO PARKING AT THE HOTEL. And you have to pay on the street with a 3 hour limit so that wasn’t convenient

Good location just off Kirchberg
Very helpful staff, a good, comfortable and convenient hotel for Luxembourg. The hotel is off Kirchberg but with Lux's very convenient (and free) bus & tram service its very easy to get everywhere. The bar area was good, my room was very spacious, clean and well maintained.

Room was very modern and clean. Size was OK for two, not big but didn't feel too small. Staff was very kind. Bus stop is just out of the door, and is 5m to the old town
