Ypperlig service. God komfort. Ellers er deler av hotellet, og romma, noe umoderne og slitt. Apparatene på treningsrommet er eldgamle. Frokosten er veldig bra.

Flott hotell veldig sentralt.
Greit å finne frem med bil. Bilen ble parkert for oss, og bagasjen bært opp på rommet for oss. Ligger veldig sentralt i forhold til sentrum med masse butikker og restauranter. Kun 2 minutters gange, og du er utenfor bil-trafikk området. Og du er i gågate med butikker og restauranter. Rent og pent og hyggelig personale. Vi valgte å ikke spise frokost der, da frokosten kostet 32 Euro pr. Person. Masse hyggelige kafeer og restauranter rett i nærheten.

We regret you could not enjoy our buffet breakfast at Amélys restaurant which proposes a large variety of fresh products and homemade hot dishes upon request. A five star experience
We were told this is the best hotel in Luxembourg city, and after our stay we don't doubt that. Our room was very comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. We were happy with the service at both reception and the concierge. We only tried the reestaurant for breakfast once, and it was nothing special and a bit pricey for what you get. But overall, we have nothing to complain about, and would love to return.

Toomuch service på et fint hotell
Nydelig fint hotell.bra romstrørrelse og med badekar. Noe masete service ang.bæring av kofferter og ei som kom inn og skulle løfte opp dynen, klar til natten.helt unødvendig!lite vennlig dame i skranken. Bassenget og sauna var toppers og kort gange til restauranter og shopping. Ville gjerne bodd her igjen.

Svært service innstilt personale, men ikke påtrengende. Betjeningen "leste" fort om om du var typen som trengte hjelp til alt eller ikke. Etter første kaffekopp i baren trengte de aldri mer å forklare hvordan du ville ha den. Svært sentralt. 4 dager med "femmere" på alt!

Pluss for beliggenhet of hyggelig betjening
Et meget komfortabelt hotell med utmerket beliggenhet. Resepsjonen vrimlet av ansatte som ville stå til tjeneste. Aller var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Personen som sjekket oss inn tok også tid til å vise oss rundt i resepsjonen og fulgte oss til rommet. Sjelden service. Selv om stilen på interiøret kanskje var et par tiår gammel var alt meget godt velikeholdt og rent. Rommet var stort og sengen var god. Frokosten var dyr, men manglet ingenting. Vi benyttet oss av Consierge et par ganger. Bra til anbefaling av restauranter. Hotellet anbeales. Du er garantert et avslappende og hyggelig opphold.

Personalet var utrolig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Rommet var stort og rent med gode senger. Frokosten var dyr men god.

Komfortable rom og topp service
Jeg bodde en uke på Le Royal i oktober 2012 i forbindelse med et kursopphold i Luxembourg. Rommene var svært behagelige med gode kontorfasiliteter og behagelige møbler og senger. Renhold av rommene var også upåklagelig! Servicen på hotellet var også av ypperste klasse! Det var nesten så det det ble litt for mye, spesielt i frokostsalen der 3-4 kelnere bukket og nikket fra man kom inn til man gikk... Hotellet ligger forøvrig fint til i den nye bydelen av Luxembourg og det meste av restauranter og shoppingmuligheter ligger innenfor 5 minutters gange fra hotellet. ANBEFALES!

The property is nice. The smell when you first walk in is like an ash tray. the rooms are sprayed with a horrible product that we had to sleep with the windows open in cold weather because of it.

Lovely hotel and would comeback
Great location, fantastic service, allowed us to borrow a wheelchair. 10’s across the board. 1 improvement would be door that is flush with sidewalk was card activated to open vs walking around to unlock. I’m sure there are reasons, just a minor tweak for a great hotel that spoiles you with luxury.

Great hotel in an excellent location. We chose it because of it's proximity to the shops and restaurants which where a few minutes walk away. Super easy parking in the underground carpark which was discontinued to €22 euros per day from the adverted €28 per day on checkout. Really enjoyed the pool and gym as well which where great additions. All the staff where amazing and wouldn't hesitate in staying again. The only downside for me was not having a kettle on the room to make tea and coffee

Gerne wieder beim nächsten Besuch in Luxemburg
Dusche im Bad in der Badewanne für ältere Personen eine Unfallgefahr beim Ein- bzw. Ausstieg. Auch für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist das Frühstück extrem teuer. Es gibt aber im Umkreis von 500m genügend Alternativen diesem überhöhten Preis aus dem Weg zu gehen.
