Hotellet ligger nærme en flyplass. Er veldig bråkete der. Slet med å få sove. Hyggelig mann i resepsjonen. Ok frokost. Nærområdet virket ikke som et bra området. Endel selgere som var pågående.

Sentralt vennlig hotell.
Dette var vår første tur til Luxemburg. Vi var opptatt av å bo sentralt og rimelig nær forbindelse til flyplass. Da var Carlton helt perfekt. Lokalbussen fra flyplassen stoppet ca. 5 min. gange fra hotellet. Vi liker å gå tur i byene og Luxemburg var en fin by å gå rundt i. Variert terreng og mye fin bebyggelse. Vi var ekstremt heldig med været. Hadde været vært dårlig med regn og vind må vi være ærlig å si at oppholdet ikke hadde vært det samme. For oss hadde det da vært lite å ta seg til. En kveld besøkte vi området Clausen som ligger noe utenfor turistruten. Området var meget turvennlig og hadde et yrende folkeliv om kvelden med variert restaurant tilbud. Gode busstilbud i byen.

Excellent location for sightseeing. Many restaurants close to the hotel. Construction outside the hotel but no noise inside. Beautiful old hotel with lovely decorations. Friendly staff.

Esta fue una reservación de última hora. Llegó el vuelo a Luxemburgo y de ahí tomamos un tren hacia Alemania, pero como había un paro, nos regresaron a medio camino. Decidí reservar este hotel por la cercanía a la estación de trenes. Gran sorpresa! Un lugar acojedor, el personal muy amable. En el lobby tienen croissants (muy ricos) y agua. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Te incluyen unas pantunflitas que se agradece mucho. En fin, es un muy buen hotel con excelente ubicación.

Check in was easy, the staff was so friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was being able to hear the airplanes take off at night but they stopped early enough for me to fall asleep. Overall great stay while I had to wait for my train for the next day!

Our experience at Hotel Perrin was the best it could be. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel itself is quaint, having great character, but also covers every need beautifully - a fantastic breakfast option in style and rooms that are cozy and convenient with a great desk, hairdryers and plenty of space. That area of Luxembourg had numerous restaurant options and a close by pharmacy and other shops. The bus stops and train station are within a 5-minute walk making the location ideal. When I go back to Luxembourg City, I will definitely stay there.

A lovely hotel spotlessly clean and staff very wel
Ourstay was more than comfortable. The gentleman at reception made us very welcome and made our holiday fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble he even made us a pot of coffee. I have allergies and emailed before our holidays and our room was upgraded for free. The hotel was querky and very very clean.

I don't normally leave a review but it is worth informing people of this hotel. It is a charming hotel located on a quiet side-street 3 minutes walking distance from the main train station. I found the guest host/reception to be warm, personable and professional. The bedroom was warm and comfortable. I liked the envelopes and writing paper on the room table! Holding onto the romantic notion that letters are still handwritten. Buffet Breakfast was typically continental and was fine. Not being in the old city, you have two walking routes which give panoramic views across a gorge to the old city and the park below. Of course, all public transport within the city and country us free to use, no ticket purchase is necessary. The location is convenient to take a half-day or full day trip from the train station. I also recommend the dizzying panoramic elevator ride to explore the town of Vauden below the city.

Muy viejo, poco mantenimiento, regadera muy incomodo, por chiquita, se iba el agua caliente, si te movías, con el codo cerrabas el agua, no hicieron limpieza. Un sr. Muy grando todo el tiempo en la recepción, te sentías vigilada. El ultimo día, entregamos la llave, a la hora check out, deseábamos esperar en el hotel una hora con frio y lluvia y nos corrio del hotel supuestamente por FUMIGACION!!!!jamas regreso a ese hotel

Nice hotel, great location
The location of the hotel is excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the train station and bus to/from the airport. Also just about 15 mins to the the main part of the city. We booked a superior twin room, but I don't know what was superior about it. It was clean, but smaller than my friend's room, who also had booked the superior twin. I'm disappointed that breakfast was not included (an additional €20 each). The hotel has a lovely lounge and personnel were very nice. Overall it was a nice hotel to stay in for the weekend.

Toller Aufenthalt
Schönes "nostalgisches" Hotel mit viel Charme und gutem Frühstück. Die Lage ist ideal, nahe am Bahnhof und in 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Zentrum. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Leider war immer noch eine Baustelle vor dem Hotel, was die Anreise etwas erschwert. Gute Parkmöglichkeit aber beim Bahnhof.

Fantastic and clean hotel
Fantastic hotel. Very clean and has everything you need. Private bath, comfortable bed, heating and A/C, a desk, TV. The room was small, but this is expected in this area. Location could not be beat. Right next to the main train station. The hotel is off of a side street so was very quiet as well. Would definitely stay here again. Bargain for the price. Across the street is a great Italian restaurant, and down the street about 2 min walk is a great ramen restaurant.

The staff at the hotel were exceedingly kind and polite, and I found them delightful, as well as the entire property very clean. I also thought that the hotel had a bit of authentic charm to it in the main common areas that I really liked. But, I still can only give 3.5 stars due to the condition of the room that I stayed in. The room had such overwhelmingly old, creaky wood floors that I winced as I walked around - I've never made more noise walking across a room in my life. It made the stay feel much less peaceful and getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom was impossible to do quietly, jarring me from sleep entirely. The bed is also on wheels, and with barely a nudge went sliding around. Overall I found the room and amenities a bit shabby and dated (not a single USB outlet, for example, nor a digital thermostat). I chose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station (a three-minute walk!) and some really nice dining options next door, so although I wasn't excessively impressed with the state of the room I stayed in, I do think it's a really solid option for travelers who are just popping into the city for a night, like I was.

A lovely 'old school charm' hotel, we stayed for 1 night and loved our stay with 1 exception, unfortunately our room (102) was above the restaurant/bar and we could hear the chairs dragging on the floor reverberating in our room until midnight and early morning. Had we stayed another night we would have asked to change rooms. We would be happy to stay here again next time we visit Luxembourg as this Hotel has a lovely charm about it. But would choose not to be in this room. Other than this we would happily stay here again.
