The bright open-plan living room has a white bouclé sofa, a Smart TV and a dining table, with a wooden slatted partition separating the kitchen.

🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen
The modern grey kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery.

🛏️ Bedroom
The bedroom has a queen bed (160 cm), built-in wardrobes and room-darkening shades, with a floor-to-ceiling window looking onto the park. Bed linen is provided.

🛁 Bathrooms
The bright main bathroom has a deep soaking tub, a walk-in shower and a double vanity, with towels, shampoo and a hair dryer provided. A separate guest WC adds extra convenience.

🧺 Laundry and Longer Stays
A dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer, plus an iron and vacuum cleaner, makes longer stays easy. Wi-Fi and central heating are included.

The building is on a busy boulevard, though the apartment stays quiet inside. There is no air conditioning, and there is no parking.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. It is on the 5th floor and the building has an elevator. The key is in a lockbox at the apartment door, and the check-in video in your Guest Area shows the way to the right door, as apartment doors are not numbered.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is on Boulevard Prince Henri in Ville Haute, Luxembourg City's historic centre, directly opposite the Parc Municipal. The Old Town, the Grand Ducal Palace, shops and restaurants are about 5 minutes on foot, and the park is right across the street.

Getting Around:
Buses and the tram stop nearby, with connections across the city, including the central train station. The airport is around 15 minutes away by car or taxi. There is no parking at the building; paid public car parks are nearby. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:

1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.

4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.

5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.

6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.

7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.

8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.

9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.

10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.

11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.

12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.

13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.
