«Loved the balcony with lovely views of the garden and the castle. Glad I booked the room with the balcony. Sadly it rained lest night and also I couldn’t work out how to put the balcony light on.
The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Loved the location right by the castle and town hall and a supermarket.
Wiltz is a lovely little town with loads of history. Loads of nice eating places.

«The hotel was ok, but it is one of the more disappointing experiences that I've had with regards to expectations vs. reality. The main reason I chose this hotel over other hotels in Clervaux was the spa. However, it did not live up to what the hotel website presentet. The hottub/jacuzzi was no more than a normal jacuzzi tub you find in a home. You had to fill it with water to use it and there was only cold water available. Who wants to sit in a ice cold 'hot tub'? In addition, the steam room was ...
«Het was een prima hotel vriendelijke mensen, maar de badkamer is wel echt toe aan restoratie tegeltjes die loslaten, voegen die eruit komen, kitranden die niet meer goed zijn. Badkamer was wel echt bagger maargoed voorderest lekker genoten hier.»
