«A characterful converted cow shed with roof beams, but decorated in a modern way with all you need, and a free jug of milk.The bed was comfortable, and there was a wet room shower.I could not see any way to open a window, which I would have liked, and the Wifi only worked in half the room, which I mentioned to the owner.We were welcomed and again had goodbye said to us as we left, which was friendly.We prefer a separate bed room as one of us gets up very early, but it was OK for one night.A ...

«great location on the edge of Oakham, easy walking to shops, cafes, pubs etc. Road parking was fine but the road is quite narrow with cars parked up both sides. lots of outdoor activities at Rutland water. Only 20 minute drive from the historic town of Stamford.plenty of hot water and house lovely and warm.»

«It’s looks lovely in the pictures but a few things to note, the house looks “tired”, lightbulbs out, fridge smelt, floors and counter tops sticky,,tiles not secure on backsplash in kitchen.You could either have a “cold power shower” or a warm shower. Towels were stiff, no ironing board (sent email which took over a day to reply and told last guest had broken it, would have to wait a few more days to get one) only one useable in back yard as other one broken, outside cloth dryer broken, washing ...

«Thoroughly enjoyed our short break at this lovely converted stables / barn. Thoughtful welcome bubbly left for us to enjoy and the hot tub was amazing. Lovely view over the fields.Would definitely come back again»
