There are two (2) designated parking stalls for this unit.

Cancellation Policy:
A 3% cancellation fee applies to all reservations to cover transaction costs. If canceled within the applicable cancellation window, a 97% refund will be issued.

Because these amenities are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee their availability, and we do not offer refunds- partial or full- for their unavailability.
