«Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. »

«Sehr schön eingerichtetes Cottage in traumhafter Waldrandlage. Spaziergänge und Wanderungen sind direkt vor Ort möglich, aber auch zahlreiche englische Herrenhäuser und Parklandschaften laden in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu Besuchen ein. Das Haus ist hervorragend eingerichtet, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.»

«Oldie worldie country cottage. Comfotable beds and plenty of towels and other toiletries etc. Everything you needed was there. Wifi and TV good reception. Lovely exterior view over field with horses, deer and plenty of birdlife. If you have more than one car parking may be an issue.»

«A very good place to sit by for several or many nights. Cozy, clean and very good combination of practical and comfort. You have everything you need for a nice stay and enjoy the amazing views and scenery around.»

«Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! »

«We enjoyed staying at the Dairy whilst our house was being renovated. Angie & her family made us very welcome. The area is great, and Ivinghoe Beacon is only a half hours walk across the fields. The tea shop in the village sells delicious cakes too.»

«We loved Lychgate's location next to the church, churchyard and open green. The tower bells, village activities, friendly neighbors walking dogs and strolling babies charmed us. The house is all we had hoped for: comfortable & well supplied kitchen, gorgeous bath & laundry, and dreamy king-sized bed. Everything we needed was near at hand: grocery store, Post Office, museum, various restaurants and shops. We loved our week in Waltham Abbey! Thank you, Marie.»
