- First floor: Two large bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and the possibility of adding two single beds (ideally for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 4). A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
- Each bedroom is spacious and includes a small sitting area with a TV.
- Outdoor space: A secure, fenced garden and a covered barbecue area for a relaxing outdoor experience.

Guests have full access to the house. Parking is available on the street.

Located in a quiet area of Lussac-les-Châteaux, the house is close to local shops, amenities, and points of interest. The city center of Lussac is less than 1à mins walk and there is a Lidl at less than 2 mins walk.

The house is easily accessible by car and and the train station is 2 mins away from the house.
