«It was really difficult to unlock and open the doors, the locks were loose and the door handles were coming off.
When we arrived and went into the bathroom there was a roll of toilet paper with poop on it. I went out to the hall and was able to find an open closet with toilet paper, but that was really gross to come into a room and see that.
The television in one of our rooms did not work.
