A newly renovated waterfront cottage with a warm charming appeal capture the unique features of this 1965 home. Take in the beautiful view of Brooks Cove, an inlet off of Mill Creek, from the large wrap around porch while enjoying the morning sunrise. Spend your afternoons paddling around the creek inlets and the evenings relaxing by the fire pit watching the bald eagles sore over the cove. Or take a short ride to beautiful Solomon’s Island. There are two security cameras located on the property for your security and mine. The first camera is located on the front corner of the home facing the driveway and the second camera is located on the beam above the porch facing the fire pit and the dock. All audio is turned off and these cameras do not face the inside the property.
