Vi fikk dessverre et rom der det luktet kattepiss i dusjen og på toalettet på badet. Klaget hver dag, men de klarte ikke å få vekk lukta eller tilbød oss å bytte rom.
Når man har betalt for et dyrt superior rom bør man kunne forvente bedre service.»

«We stayed at Kempinski during the christmas holidays. This is a fantastic hotel with private beach and superb service. Very good gym + free use of tennis court was positive. Staff very helpful and friendly, and large rooms with everything you need.
A lot of very expensive (but good) restaurants at the hotel, but walking distance to The Pearl with other restaurants like Applebies and Nando's. Taxi and Uber very cheap as well, if you want to go elsewhere to eat. »
