"+The hotel was brand new so the fasilites were really good and the hotel room was very nice. +I especially found the staff at the reception to be very friendly and helpful. +the food at the restaurant was good -however, I was surprised by how far away the restaurants, shops, and pharmacy were. The hotel says that you can walk along the road to Tivat town, but I did not feel that it was very safe to walk there with all the cars driving by. I personally did not feel completely comfortable walking that route. So, if location and easy access to restaurants, shops, and other amenities are important to you, I would not recommend choosing this hotel. -I also found the service at the private beach to be very poor. The waiter brought me a menu, but after 30–40 minutes he still had not come back to my sun lounger to take my order."

"The cleaning was really good, they even tied up my things for me. The facilities were good and staff was nice and helpful. And the location was perfect! I could walk everywhere and did not need to take a taxi"

"God frokost og nydelig bygning og sitteområde ute. Forferdelig harde senger, nesten som det skulle vært, men manglet overmadrass, og pute og dyne var av syntetisk materiale og relativt slitt. Samme med sengetøy."

The staff are friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Every interaction was pleasant, and we genuinely felt welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean. Housekeeping is fast, efficient, and maintains a high standard every day. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high quality food. Overall, Merit Hotel delivers the level of service, cleanliness, and hospitality you expect from a good hotel. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again."

"Nice and clean hotel but somewhat worn. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is not open all day, the kitchen closes at certain intervals, the bar/drinks are available all day. Payment required in the restaurant and pool area, no charging food or drinks on the room. The hotel can arrange transportation to Kotor and other nearby towns. But when we were there no cars were available and we ended up taking an Uber."
