A charming apartment of approximately 55 square meters, ideal for 4 people, located on the first floor (NO elevator) of a historic building overlooking Piazza Napoleone, the city’s largest and oldest square. The property is located in a pedestrian zone in the center of Lucca, just a short walk from the city’s main attractions, including Piazza dell’Anfiteatro and the Duomo.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, armchair, TV (40 inches), and dining table;

- KITCHEN with a gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator with freezer, pod coffee maker, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, various kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, clothes rack, dresser, and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with a walk-in shower (raised), sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living room), independent heating, fan, safe, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: The apartment overlooks Piazza Napoleone, the venue for the Lucca Summer Festival concerts. During the festival (usually in July), there may be some noise depending on the scheduled events.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



At check-in, we will need to record the information of each guest for legal purposes only; therefore, you will be asked to present a valid ID.



Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:
