Ideally located on the seafront, close to Place du Petit Enfer and shops in the seaside resort of Luc-sur-Mer, this small townhouse on 3 floors is perfectly optimized and tastefully decorated.

The configuration and functionality of the house offer you all the necessary comfort for an ideal stay:

A living area with a small seating area with a sofa and a dining area with dining table that can accommodate 4/5 people (additional table for 2 people).
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, nespresso coffee maker, steamer, squeegee machine, ...) open to the living space.

On the first floor:
A double bedroom with large dressing room.
A bathroom with shower bath, toilet, large single vanity and washing machine.
