The rooms are large and the main area is adequate for 6 guests. The overall security to the building is excellent. Parking was easy as we rented a car. The area is close to Cupecoy and Mullet Beachs. You could walk to either in minutes. A casino and market are also in walking distance. There is a small, pleasant water view. Coffee and tea are provided enough for a few days but bring your own (Nespresso Vertuo).
The washer had a weak flow of water. I had to add pitchers of water to do one load. 2 pods were provided.
One toilet constantly ran and had a high pitched noise. I closed to doors to both BR and bedroom and it blocked the noise out. The AC is very loud too but kept us cool so in my opinion, that was more important. We had control over the temperature but it didn’t go as low in the bedroom as in the LR where we really needed it.
One of the sliding glass doors did not lock. There was a problem with the mechanism. I had been in contact with the owners and property manager but no one seemed too concerned over that. They only asked for pictures and a video. I never had a concern for my safety. Like I mentioned, the security was excellent at the gate. We were also in the 3rd floor. Everyone seemed more concerned over the running toilet and wanted to bring a plumber in on the last day of my vacation.
Overall, the condo is nice, needs some updates. It is in a great section of the island close t ok restaurants and activities.
