Overall a very nice hotel to stay. The only minor issue was they ran out of towels, so we only had one for our room. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. The fixtures, etc. were all upgraded and very nice.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The first night, they ran of towels so we had to air dry. The rooms were not cleaned from previous guests. We also had to switch rooms several times due to booking issues in their end. On top of that, I was harassed about a missing payment which I course has already made.

Very unsatisfied. Modern hotel, nice facility, but there was no toilet paper in the room, empty condom packages in the night table drawer, AC leaking from the ceiling, shower without proper water isolation and leaking to the floor, bathroom towels being distributed in the front desk. A true disaster.

I found 2 cockroaches in my bedroom, and I really needed an iron to iron my clothes to go out, and there was none we had to literally knock on guess doors at 11pm to find and iron and when we got one it was broken. Please invest in proper equipment. The room seemed decent overall in the design but my experience was not great.

Has been arrived earlier then check-in time, but the staff very welcome and let me check-in earlier. The room is modern, clean, and comfortable. There are plenty food around and nice beach. Airport no more then 10 min drive.

Very impressed. Hotel is clean and has a very pleasant smell throughout. Room is modern. Basic (no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker) but for the price it's great value. Coffee shop and restaurants next door. Good a/c, great water pressure. Bed comfy. Easy access to public transportation. The only problem some may have is the elevator is currently out of service. Wasn't a problem for me but may be for some. I will definitely stay here again.
