«The photo shot from above from the outside of the building is abit misleading. The lower building on the left is the apartment and the high building next to it is a large separate home, so you can’t actually see the bay unless you walk to the water edge for a slight bay view. The houses across the little canal are quite close and you can easily hear any conversations, etc. There was a never-ending stream of little ants on the kitchen counter and up the wall to the cabinets, even after the owner ...

«The inside home was great. Furniture clean and new. Beds were comfortable. Pretty clean except for some mouse droppings in cabinets. Screened in porch furniture was nice but actual porch needs a good wipe down. Was pretty dirty. Pool at main house needs alot of help. Loungers mostly broken tiles missing, algae growin on grout in pool and black looking mold around edge. People at main house thought it was their private pool so that was awkward. Host very nice and quick to respond to ...

«We lucked out and had great weather during our stay. We have been to the Venture Out location before but this was our first time at this rental. The cottage is very clean and updated, it was nice to have the little porch and the sunbathing lounges and kayaks to use. If we had stayed longer we would have used the bikes. We were very happy with this rental. I loved the kitchen chandelier. Everything you need is there. The ONLY thing I would suggest is thicker bed pillows. Other than that, it was ...

«Location and place were great. We even did paddleboarding from the boat launch area by the place. Reason for low rating is that the firealarm went off at 5am due to low battery. There is no immediate help at site after hours other than texting a number. We ended up not sleeping fully for a single night stay. Help didn’t come until 9 am to remove the arm from the ceiling. It was very annoying loud noise, didn’t have a fully resting night😞😔😔»
