The bed was horribly uncomfortable, the bathtub was stained, no elevator, you could hear traffic zooming by at all hours of the night. Will never stay here again and am considering never staying at a Travelodge again in general.

We didn't really like anything about the place. It was noisy, dirty, there were no blankets, the sheets were dirty and thin as tissue paper, there was no soap and no drinking glasses.

When one rents a Lodge, Hotel or any sleeping facility, a few expectations come with an unwritten contract. Namely one expects the floor to be vacuumed, the room and bath dusted and cleaned and a decent bed for sleeping. What should never be unavailable are sanitary items that have depicted a rental room forever. Specifically in this case, our room didn't have the following: hand soap; shower soap; shampoo, hand towels, wash cloths; drinking cups or a remote for the TV. I acquired a remote from the desk that didn't work so exchanged that remote and the second one didn't work either. I was told if I could wait until midnight a maintenance worker would be available and would fix it. Of course, that was not an option. Further, the spread and sheets were stained and spotted. We couldn't tell if they had been slept on or not. When I went to the front desk the first time, I told them how dirty the floor was with all the crumbs and fuzzy stuff. She said she would send someone in to vacuum while we were out, but of course that didn't happen either. So, never again will we use Travelodge or Expedia for lodging. It was the worst situation ever particularly with no way to wash up after using the bathroom. Totally unsanitary. Surprised the Health Dept hasn't shut this place down.

This property had a sign at the front desk when we checked in that stated that due to supply chain shortages they were not providing hand towels, bathmats, tissues, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap etc. They only provided two towels one of which had holes in it and was fraying. The beds were very uncomfortable and only had sheets and a cover that was about as thick as a sheet. The furniture was old and looked like thrift store furniture. The bed covers had stains on them. The room had been cleaned and the towels and linens appeared to have been washed. If the room was not clean I would have given only a one star rating. We will not be booking at this hotel again. The location was convenient for the business we had in the area, but when we return we will find other accommodations.

The entire property is in need of major upgrades. The first room they put me in the air conditioning heating system did not work. The mattresses were well beyond their usable life. We had two guests registered to stay. They only left one towel. They did move me to another room, where everything functioned but I would not recommend this property

They had no shampoo, no hand wash. I asked for it and they said the whole hotel was out. Than bext day they had a sign up stating they dont furnish any shampoo or 10 other thi gs that hotels should provide. Bed sheets were stained and disgusting. Walls have never been toiched up, paint missing everywhere. Toliet didnt flush properly. I fixed that myself because staff was clueless. The bathroom door hit the tile so we had to fight to.close the bathroom door each time we used it. The noise from the highway kept us up at times and startled us as well with all the loud noises. The staff looked homeless and were clueless. I will be calling Expedia and discussing funds being returned to me. And i never do that. Horrible experience. Oh yeah bed was horrible too.

Under the bed was dirty which makes me feel like if something that simple gets over looked then what is clean or isn’t clean. And in the bathroom there was a used towel behind the door again simple things like that should not be overlooked. But the staff was very nice and helpful one of them even let me use a charger that was a personal one of hers which was so nice of her thank you!

One of the worst experiences we've ever had staying at a hotel. It was very dirty stains on every blanket stains on the towels dirty furniture etc... This place should be shut down and renovated. We will never stay at a travel lodge. Or Windham again.

Do not stay here! My friends and I went to Loveland for a girl’s night out. From the moment we arrived, there were trailers in the parking lots. Grocery carts were outside along the walls. A homeless man was yelling random words at us. A creepy man let us into the hotel. We walked in and everything looked old. We checked in and the front desk clerk seemed like she hated her job. Don’t blame her! We had a room on the first floor. The hallway smelled awful like mildew and urine. There was a random restroom in the middle of the hall. We entered our room and there was a strong odor that we think housekeepers sprayed something to cover up. We put our luggage down and went next door to eat at the Mexican restaurant. We all had a bad feeling to stay at the hotel so after dinner we walked back. We thought we were going to get mugged! Another homeless person yelled at us while creepy people opened their hotel windows to look at us. We got our luggage and while walking out of the room, we noticed gross stains on the wall. More creepy people were walking down the halls and we checked out of the hotel without staying. We booked another hotel! We believe that the Travelodge is basically a crackhouse and needs to be shutdown to be renovated!!!

Amazing staff!
The staff is absolutely amazing! The gentleman that works during the day is beyond helpful, extremely kind, and we very much enjoyed working with him. And the ladies, amazing. The housekeeping ladies, not so kind. And they didn’t do their job very well at all. As a housekeeper myself, I was disappointed. But the front desk staff's kindness definitely made up for it. The breakfast was great! Nice and hot and I loved the drink options. Overall, it’s good for the price. I would definitely go back.

Ooooof…. Good for the price of course. Ice, restrooms in halls, friendly staff. but holy cow. Real nasty room. Maybe it’s just the gross massive vomit looking stain on the wall or the extremely dirty carpets. Regardless, cheap and in a good area of walking distance to stuff, and quiet!

When we checked in we were greeted by a very nice young lady who gave us room 115 , we went to our room and remeber all of this place is supposed to be smoke free , stinks of cigarettes we open 115 its DISGUSTING, she then gives us 114 right across the hall. When were the photos taken of this place ? Its more of a live in motel. I have photos! Our " new " room is not much better , and there is no security on the doors! The emergency door does not shut to the back of this place and the "locks" on the ground floor windows are boards !!!! Completely awful. We are here for a procedure ny husband's having at a nearby hospital so being closeby was a necessity. Completely horrible! The only plus is the young lady at the front desk. Who owns this property? Check in. Is this pay by the day ?

The staff was really friendly. The smoke detector in our room was covered with a plastic bag and apparently had been disabled or vandalized. Towels were in short supply. The bathroom was not terribly clean and there was an interesting collection of trash and other items under the bed.

It's a roof and a bed..that's about it
Our stay was a quick 1 night stay. The rooms are severely outdated and our fire alarm was hanging off the wall with obvious burn marks above it. Some staining on the top sheet and the mattress was WELL worn. It was like sleeping in a ditch.

Very nice and helpful front desk folks. Comfortable bed. The room smelled musty, the bathroom vent didn't work, the hair drier didn't work, the sink drained very slowly, the walls had dents and scratched places, the TV didn't work.

The front desk woman was great but the property is run-down - shabby, worn out carpet, and our deadbolt didn’t work (we still had the “flipper” that won’t let the door be opened). We arrived very late, just after 3am, and there were people standing around idle in the lot, also a truck pulled up and was talking to a woman in the lot… at 3am… On the plus side, the room had a fridge and was inexpensive. We only stayed til about 10:30, but I wouldn’t stay again probably.

Front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful, but this hotel has certainly seen better days, everything about it is old and worn. On the whole, everything in our room was functional, it was a decent size, & it was acceptably clean: all surfaces had wiped down including fridge & microwave, bed linens seemed clean but with some stains, bathroom was clean, and most importantly no bed bugs. The negatives for our room were crappy pillows, stained carpet, two people staying but only one set of towels provided in their broken towel rack, & walls were all deeply scratched up. We stayed with our dog, there's no designated potty spot, but patches of rocks all around the parking lot that we used, also a big park pretty close by that we did walks at. Good price for the proximity to Rocky Mountain NP.

If you like vagrants this is for you.
Property allowed vagrants to hang around. The cleanliness-room bad odor, dirty floor, microwave was dirty inside. The window had no handle to open it for fresh air. Barely had a roll of TP-got only 1 roll. Had to ask for another set of towels-2 people. The sink didn’t drain well. No elevator-3rd floor room.

Room was dirty, furniture was stained and not worthy of sitting in. Very strong cleaner permiated building making me nauseous. Only one towel in room. Carpeting entering room was wet and sticky. Shampoo and conditioner were left used from previous occupants. In a word "nasty". In 3 words "should be condemned". Had to cancel room and likewise remaining trip as there were no other rooms available in area.
