    This simple single-level apartment is a practical home base near downtown Loveland, with an easy layout for families, work trips, event weekends, or longer stays. The home includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a comfortable bed setup of 1 very comfortable king bed in the primary and 2 queen beds in the second, giving guests great sleeping options. 



    Inside, you’ll find the basics for an easy stay, including a living area, home cook ready kitchen, dining space in the living room, and everything arranged on one level. Guests also have access to a shared courtyard, offering a simple outdoor spot to get some fresh air or relax between plans.



    The location is the main highlight. You’ll be close to downtown Loveland restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shops, and local parks, while also being well-positioned for day trips and events. Head west toward Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, north to Fort Collins, or east to Blue Arena at The Ranch Events Complex, formerly known as the Budweiser Events Center. It’s a straightforward, well-located stay for guests who want comfort, convenience, and good value in Northern Colorado.

This place is great to stay for a very short period of time. We were there for softball and the biggest let down was it was advertised with a washer/dryer and it did not have one. I booked it for the location and for that reason instead of booking a hotel. We had to use a laundry mat close by, the laundry basket, which was clean and nearby but inconvenient for us to use between games. The house was clean but the beds are not comfortable. The location was great! It was 3 minutes from Barnes Softball Complex and near downtown. There is a playground right across the street also. I would not book here again because it just doesn’t fit our needs but it is was a decent stay. The bathroom is tiny and very hard to get ready in also. Suggestions; Buy a broom so that guests can sweep the floors while there, bathroom mat is much needed because the shower curtain isn’t heavy enough to keep the water inside so we had to use a towel on the floor. I would also list in your description that there is a playground and rec center across the street for public use.
