A Cozy Home in the Heart of Louviers

Welcome to this charming, fully equipped townhouse, ideal for a stay with family, friends or as part of a business trip.

Ideally located for workers, you will be close to the Louviers/Val-De-Reuil business park, while being a 5-minute walk from the city center of Louviers.

Put your bags down in this charming townhouse completely renovated, where the charm of the old blends with modern comfort. Ideally located in Louviers, it is the perfect starting point to discover Normandy, whether you are travelling with family, friends or for work.

The house is spread over three levels:

- On the first floor: a small warm living room with a sofa bed (with real mattress), as well as a fully equipped open kitchen to prepare your meals just like at home.
- On the first floor: a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
- On the second floor: a second bedroom with a double bed, ideal for enjoying peaceful nights.

Up to 6 travellers can stay comfortably in the accommodation. (The photos are not yet up to date: the sofa has been replaced by a sofa bed and the single bed by a double bed.)

For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided.

Pets are welcome, as we know they are part of the family.

Finally, you will appreciate the ideal geographical location of the house, a few minutes from the city center of Louviers and close to must-see sites such as Giverny, Château Gaillard, Rouen, Evreux or the Seine Valley.
