The layout is smart and versatile, featuring a modern Murphy bed system that transforms effortlessly from bedroom to living space, maximizing both comfort and functionality. During the day, the suite works well for relaxing or getting things done. At night, it becomes a streamlined, comfortable sleeping space with a clean, modern feel.



The suite includes an eat-in kitchen, making dining at home simple and convenient, and a contemporary walk-in bathroom that adds a touch of spa-like comfort.



Important location note (please read before booking):



Wynn is located in NuLu, a vibrant neighborhood known for restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Because of the central, walkable location, you may hear some street activity, music, or foot traffic in the evenings — especially on weekends. If you’re a light sleeper or looking for a very quiet stay, this may not be the best fit. If you want to be steps from Louisville’s best food and nightlife, you’ll love this spot.



Wynn is a clean, stylish home base designed for guests who appreciate modern order — right where the city’s energy is.



Guest Access:

The apartment features a smart lock keypad for seamless self check-in. Each guest receives a unique access code, active only for the duration of their stay to ensure both security and peace of mind. Your code will be sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

You’ll be staying in NULU, Louisville’s trendiest neighborhood known for its creativity, flavor, and charm. The area is packed with one-of-a-kind shops, street art, cozy cafes, and some of the city’s best restaurants. It’s the kind of place where you can sip craft coffee in the morning, explore galleries in the afternoon, and end your day with cocktails or live music—all just steps from your front door.

Situated in the heart of NuLu including High Horse Bar right next door—Louisville’s most walkable and art-forward neighborhood—your stay offers unbeatable access to the city’s best.

Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
