We got a suite with two queen beds and a pull out couch. It was so perfect for our girls’ trip. Loved having a refrigerator & microwave in the room too! The morning breakfast was also very good with lots of options!

Convenient location to walk to any downtown area. The only negative was the amount of pan handlers around the area.

Location was good for an overnight stay for Thunder Over Louisville. We walked to and from the Ohio River and were in our room and settled for the night, before many were even out of the Parking Structures where they parked.

The room had drip stains & splatters all over the walls…on pretty much every wall in the room & bathroom, including on the headboards & the bottoms of the headboards that show along the wall near the center bedside table. If your guests can clearly see the grime, housekeeping should at least spray & wipe it. Even the lampshades & stands had stains on them! The lounge chair in the room was absolutely disgusting…it had questionable stains & major wear & tear all over it - I had to cover it with a sheet just to utilize it & not feel like I was getting dirty. The chair should honestly be thrown out it was that bad! The carpet has also seen way better days; there were stains ALL over the place & didn’t look vacuumed when we arrived. There were leftover tiny black rubberbands all over the floor & under the beds. The tub drain was slow to drain & at times the toilet wouldn’t flush…this was with barely any TP in the toilet as well! 1 of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was burnt out when we arrived & the soap dish was all chipped. The tub had stains coming from the overflow drain that made it look dirty. Water pressure in the shower was poor. Just outside the entrance to the hotel there were people regularly asking for money or just pacing back & forth who looked drugged out; it didn’t always feel safe unless their security guard was present. All elevators in the hotel were very slow & the pool is way smaller than it looked in the pictures. Friendly staff but would not book again.

You can tell that this property is a little dated. I thought the staff was exceptional and friendly. It's just that the hotel needs some updating. One annoying feature was that the bathroom fans NEVER turn off. They're on constantly-if you're sensitive to noise, you won't like this feature. I wasn't sure that I completely felt safe at night walking home from KICC. I should have chosen a property a bit closer to KICC.

The room was nice and clean as should be. The location of this property is very convenient. The staff were very hospitable. Each one greated me in passing. I truly have nothing negative to say about my stay. I would like to give them a little advice. Ensure eveey site that promotes you informs of your deposit policy. I was caught off guard at check in that there was a $500 deposit because im.local. I simply wanted to surprise him, have a change of scenery for a nice quiet night to spice things up between us. Im unsure when the $500 will be depoaites back into my account. It would have been nice to know the deposit requirement prior to making the reservation. All in all the night was a success. Thank you.

We LOVED Ashley at the front desk!!! She ROCKed the front desk as one of the best ever!! The main manager was sweet too with accommodating some white wine and taking time for me when there was a full lobby of people. The security officer to take time to walk across street when I would have been scared of the area. Going back to Ashley… she went above and beyond for my friend getting her a room close to us and understanding so nicely when we had an Expedia problem that was so nice. Super sweet!!

Great location off major highway. Connected to Fairfield Suites. Walkable to dining and tourist attractions. Liquor store, gas station, and food options close to hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Free warm breakfast was decent, but would be nice if more options were available. Only 2 elevators available which is fine, IF not busy. Snacks available in lobby. Parking on site for $20/ngt. Overall good experience!

There wasn’t enough towels in our room and no one answered the front desk for assistance. The ice machine was 2 floors down and located at the Fairfield Suites. The ice bucket was filthy. The restroom was tiny, especially the sink. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. The staff was great. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location. The money was not worth it.

I was in room 729. The shower door does not close all the way and the tray in the shower looks like it’s falling off. Bed wasn’t a plush as I hoped. Breakfast was good, and staff friendly.

Very helpful staff and comfortable room
Our hotel room was very nice with comfortable space to relax and spend time with our friends. Overall the cleanliness was pretty good. The best part was the service from the staff. I feel they were very helpful and one employee was extremely helpful with all of our friends needs and requests. As well as, helping my young daughter find a lost item. We truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

This hotel is extremely outdated and needs remodeled. The carpet and walls look like they're going on 30 years old. There are obvious stains, marks, and damage all over. The room was in better condition but the mini fridge in my room would get only barely cool (even when turned on max). The parking entrance is also not well marked and easy to miss if you don't know where you're going. The breakfast was also below average compared to what I've had at other hotels recently.

The hotel was very spacious and very nice. Parking was easy and the breakfast buffet was nice too. Nothing fancy but when it’s included, it is always a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Miracle
Prior to checking friendly front desk clerk inform me of the deposit which I felt extremely high. We had loaded the cart with Christmas gifts. Ashley went above & beyond to make sure my family celebrated Christmas without me canceling and find another hotel.
