Great hotel. Newly remodeled. Rooms were very nice. Just know if you want to park at the hotel and shuttle to the airport, the hotel rates are cheaper with parking through the hotel than through Expedia. We had to pay $60 more for parking for 7 days. The hotel rate would have included the parking at the hotel.

Roxanne at the front desk was so nice. Our flight was delayed, and we were tired. She got us a room quickly. Since our flight was late, we weren't able to get our rental car until the next day. The hotel provided free transportation to the hotel. Derrick saw us waiting outside for an Uber and took us to the rental pick-up.

- Habitación lista más de una hora después del horario de check in - Pieza ciega (sin ventana) pero no indican eso de Forma previa. - No hicieron la pieza entre una noche y otra. Tuvimos que insistir. La explicación de administración es que estaban full así que privilegian las habitaciones las personas que van a ingresar. - Pasillos con alfombras viejas y sucias.

Check inn a las 15hrs y habitaciones no estaban listas hasta 1 hora después. Llaves no funcionaban. No hicieron el aseo entre un día y el siguiente e indican que es porque está full el hotel. Teléfono habitación no funciona para llamar a frontera desk.

Close proximity to expo center but honestly pretty run down place. Could be beautiful with the building but amenities are pretty run down.

My family and I stayed just one night , thankfully!! During the night I kept feeling something crawling on me. The next morning I found out what , it was ants. Ants were everywhere especially on the leftover food crumbs from the previous guests that house cleaning failed to cleanup. Lastly the pool didn’t even have water in it. I received two emails after I had already paid for the room. The first stated how they appreciated our business and at the bottom listed the pool hours of operation. Then the next day the second email stated exactly the same message but that the pool was closed due to some kind of change in policy. While checking out I expressed my frustration with the room and an assistant supervisor wrote my number down on a corner of what looked like a piece of an old envelope which already consisted of other names and numbers and stated that she couldn’t help! Wow!! Never again will I ever consider staying at THE CROWN DUMP…..sorry PLAZA

The property is going through a renovation. I was pleased with the new look of the rooms. However our mini fridge didn’t work and the shower gel was empty.

Property was under construction which I understand happens but that was not disclosed. We stayed here last year and loved it but came back because of the pool. The pool was CLOSED and again this was not disclosed up front. It was over $100 more than last year and provided none of what we were staying in that location for!

The construction at the property was just too much. Room wise, bedding was comfortable, very clean but room overlooked the construction trash area. I do think once construction is complete, the property will meet Crowne Plaza's standards. Mrs. Evonda in the restaurant bar was awesome.

Our toilet handle was broke, the coffee pot was broke and people smoking weed outside the smell came through the air conditioner. But the place was clean and the staff was great..

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent in that they were pleasant, friendly and provided great service. The hotel and restaurant were undergoing renovations at the time so I ate in the lounge. Food was very good as was the service. I utilized the hotel shuttle from the airport and back in the morning which was also a good service.

On the day that my party with 8 rooms where to check out the cleaning crew came through before we checked out. They threw away some expensive food that we had purchsed to take back to our homes that we do not have access too where we live. When I asked for a discount of that amount I was told by the woman that checked me out that they would replace what we lost from thier restuarant. When I went to find "Chrisitne" I could not get into the restuarant as it was closed. There we did not get our $$ worth that the hotel threw away....the front counterperson misdirected us so she didn't have to deal with me and we left the property very unhappy with the transaction. The hotel was bigger than I expected so I entered where the old registration used to be, but that wasn't a problem for me. While walking to the correct place to check in the hallway carpet was beautiful and smooth jazz music was playing. Check in was alright, fast and easy for the most part and the parking lot was huge. I could tell the hotel is under construction but that didn't make a difference for booking at this hotel nor my stay. My room was the more updated ones and it was also bigger than my anticipation, which was a plus because I did specifically book for my room to have a couch in. There was a dinning room table and four chairs plus an extra big lounge chair as well on the other side of the room. The bed and outlets/lamp on the right side of the bed looked updated and the sheets were nicely clean and crisp (it looked like how I would make my own bed. Superb job!) The bath room and rest of the room in my opinion has spotless, phenomenal job to housekeeping! It was quite for the most part as far as hearing the construction, which was non existent; the only noise I heard was from the guest walking and running around. The TV was a little hard to figure out as far as looking up the guide vs seeing the program line up. But I found a channel to watch and fell asleep soon after laying down. The only complaint I have about my stay was the heater/acc unit, when it kicked on and turned off it woke me up out of my sleep and few times. And startled me, otherwise 9/10 stay

Beds weren’t made in one of the rooms, they didn’t have blankets on them. Security was called on me and my son, when it was other people making noise, but the security guard said he stood outside our room for 5 minutes and it was us, yet we heard noises from others and my wife and daughter who were in the room in front of us said their neighbors were being loud.
