We have stayed here before and will definitely be back. The location is on point. The staff was wonderful. The bar is my favorite one so far.

The rooms smelled horribly of marijuana at night. Toilets did not flush and made a loud noise when trying to flush.

Great property to stay at, nice lobby area with games like Jenga and Foosball, rooms are nice with plenty of water pressure in the shower! Just be aware that parking is an extra cost. I paid $22 per night at the public parking ramp across the street.

Extremely disappointed in our stay at this hotel. I booked 2 rooms for a trip with friends and both rooms had issues. For one, the air conditioning units in both rooms were inconsistent and woke us up multiple times with temps between 65-75 despite being set to 68. Also, our room had no shampoo and our friends had no toilet paper or body wash (communal style soaps). It took over an hour to get those delivered. As far as cleanliness, there was a used lotion bottle in our room (set on the counter for us) and mildew in the shower. It also appeared they used queen sized bedding on a king sized bed as the corners would not stay and kept coming off exposing the mattress underneath. The only benefit to this hotel is the location. When coming back to Louisville, I would not stay, nor would I recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Like many Aloft’s this one is showing some wear and tear. Lobby was nice and the room was clean, but some peeling wallpaper in a few spots. Fantastic shower and comfortable bed. Wonderful staff. Super loud neighborhood.

Stayed for a weekend with our dog(no extra charge). Cute lobby wirh bar. Had pool table and other games and places to hang out. We easily found street parking and paid on the app since we were in and out. Places for the dog to go...mainly at white castle across the road. If warmer could go to river front

Overall good stay, good location. Walking distance to a lot of things in downtown. The only drawback is parking. All paid parking in the surrounding area.

We scored last minute tickets to see Matt Rife for New Years next door at the comedy club and I was able to book here last minute and the staff was amazing and it felt very safe and all of things around us were closed for the holidays and the hotel provided a lobby full of entertainment

Parking was an issue but after speaking with valet management they resolved the problem. I thought the staff could have been more accommodating regarding holding doors open, some were snd some weren’t.
