Welcome to your Mohican getaway! This private lodge on 10 acres is ideal for group trips & family gatherings. With 5 bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 20, it’s built for connection and comfort. Inside, enjoy an open layout with a full kitchen, large dining area, and multiple living spaces to relax & spread out. Outside, explore a ¾-acre pond, firepit, and open yard space. Whether you're celebrating, reconnecting, or simply escaping the everyday, this is the perfect place to make memories.

We do not live on site but we are nearby and are available if needed.

The Little Lodge sits on over an acre of peaceful countryside, offering the perfect blend of quiet retreat and nearby adventure.
While the setting is rural and serene, you're just minutes from downtown Loudonville—a charming town filled with boutique shops, local restaurants, canoeing, an aerial adventure park, go-karts, mini golf, and more.
Looking for day trips? Mohican State Park, Malabar Farm, Snow Trails, and Amish Country are all a short, scenic drive away.

The driveway and all parking areas are paved with cement, offering clean and easy access to the property. However, please note that the drive is long and includes some incline.
From December 1st through April 1st, we strongly recommend that guests arrive in a vehicle equipped with four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD). This is especially important during winter months, when snow, ice, or other hazardous weather conditions can make the incline more challenging. Properly equipped vehicles help ensure safe and reliable access throughout your stay.

With over 4,000 square feet of space, The Lodge is a nature lover’s dream—featuring large rooms, an open floor plan, and expansive windows that open onto your own private deck, gardens, and pond. There’s room for everyone to relax and recharge, with four king beds, six queens, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces designed for gathering or spreading out. Whether you’re fishing in the pond, playing pool in the basement, or enjoying board games by the fire, there’s something here for everyone to enjoy—from slow mornings to late-night laughs.

This is a rural property. We are within easy driving distance from Mohican State Park, Malabar Farm, Snow Trails Ski Lodge, Amish country, and more.

We welcome families and children at The Lodge on 687, but please note that the property is not childproof. There is a natural pond on site, and it is the responsibility of supervising adults to ensure children's safety at all times, both indoors and outdoors. Children must be actively supervised, especially near the water.

The pond may be enjoyed for swimming, fishing, or using the small boat provided. Life jackets are strongly recommended, and a few are available for guest use during your stay.
