Would've stayed longer if schedule and budget permitted. Only improvements would've been more workable kitchen and drying racks/hooks for towels in the bathroom. «This place suited us perfectly. Very considerately and thoughfully prepared. A little enclave with friendly, welcoming neighbours. Lots of books on a variety of interesting subjects and the house itself has an intersting history. Host was happy to advise about local activities and was courteous and charming.»

«The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!»

«Directions on the whole parking and check in process need to be a little shorter. There was no tv in the master bedroom, despite the fact that there are pics of a tv online. One of the mirrors in the other bedroom was dirty so I cleaned it. There was also some blue crusty stuff on the side table in the master.
