Private 2 unit compound rented together with secure parking behind a gate
First unit is a one bedroom casita one bath, full kitchen and an Gas fireplace
Second unit is a two bedroom two bath, full kitchen and a gas fireplace
Great for families or small Groups
Equipped with a private heated/chilled pool , outdoor bar, brick sauna, lawn area, fruit trees, outside horno plus bbq area, full of local art work with rancho style furniture and local historically designed .
We are centrally located 2 blocks from the malecón and half a block from the downtown plaza which makes walking to restaurants, bars, stores and souvenir shops
Will have wine available made from our boutique winery in Northern California which can be purchased upon request

Pets will have a $10 dollar under 20lbs $25 over 20 lbs pet fee per night per dog

Location Location Location
This place is only steps away from the plaza, with lots to do within walking distance. The place itself is a beautiful hacienda style property, with a pool and a bar in the interior court yard separating the main house and the casita. Both are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We thought it was a steal for the price and would definitely stay here again.

Gone Fishing
Perfect location. Walking distance from anything you need, host replies quickly, and privacy. If you’re looking to fish in Loreto, I highly recommend booking this location. Looking forward to booking again next year.

Family Vacation
Our stay was amazing! Charlie and Salome are super hosts! The two houses, one with one bedroom and bathroom, full kitchen and living room had everything a couple could want. The other house had two bedrooms, each had its own bathroom, full kitchen and living room and everything to accommodate two couples or a single. The houses are very spacious! The courtyard is beautiful. With a pool and outdoor Palapa bar with great bbq area! We had such a wonderful time. It is very close to the town square with many restaurants, bars, shopping and the Malecon where you can also find great restaurants and the marina if you want to go fishing or to one of the beautiful islands with great beaches. I would very highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to have an amazing vacation!

Exceptional Experience
This was our first time to Loreto and we shared this property with 2 other couples. This property was outstanding in so many ways. The owners were extremely responsive to all of our questions and requests. The local staff, grounds, cleaning, maintenance, were all superb. The property itself is amazing and well suited to both walking, driving and boating adventures. Loreto itself is an undiscovered gem. We will be returning and telling our friends about this experience!

Peaceful Getaway
The pictures do not do justice to the property. It was a perfect set up for our group of three couples. It is spacious and lovely. Not being directly on the water Turned out to be an advantage. During our stay, it was windy in the afternoon, but warm and calm in our lovely secluded patio. There is also another unit, if you had an even larger group, or if you were just a couple. The management was very responsive.

Great location
Loved the location. The property is in good condition and well maintained. Having two units (the 2 bed unit for me and my wife, and the 1 bed unit for our son) was a perfect arrangement for our family. The patio and pool area was ideal for lounging and meals. We used the elec cart to go to the marina - a great amenity with the property. Alfonso was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Would recommend for families wanting to be close to downtown.

Very nice accomodations for our family group, adjacent to the square, malecon is closeby, as are restaurants and in town amenities, shopping, great coffee shop on the corner etc. Would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The photos really lived up to reality here. We stayed with my in-laws and the split houses with the excellent common area was perfect. Excellent and we will be back
This was our first trip to Loreto and two years overdue due to COVID. We had a different house booked but it was sold before our trip! We found this home a few months before our scheduled trip. It was absolutely perfect! With six adults and a one year old, the two casitas were the ideal set up for space and comfort. Both the Casita and Pueblo were nicely decorated with local art and furnishings. We definitely enjoyed the pool, bar and bbq! The location was also perfect as it is steps away from the town square and Malecon. Charlie and Salmone were very responsive. Alfonso was wonderful. He was so helpful during our stay! Very attentive, professional and just a wonderful person. I could go on and on. Just fabulous and we do recommend for future trips to Loreto. Thank you Charlie, Salome and Alfonso for making our first trip to Loreto so memorable.

This property was the perfect place to stay in Loreto, BCS Mexico. We loved the 2 seperate units, 3 full BR and 3 king beds with grass, trees, and a pool imbetween. We had our own private, gated area to enjoy our friends and family time. We walked the short path to the Plaza where we were able to have several meals, see the Mission, and shop for suvenirs. There is a bank in the Plaza as well. Several other good restaurants within walking distance. One of the showers was only putting out cold water and the property manager fixed the issue right away. It was a little further to walk to the Malecon, but so worth it. You can fish, snorkel, go to the beach or watch the pelicans dive for food. Perfect for families with children too. Thank you Charlie and Salome.

Beautiful place but needs a little maintenance
Had a little confusion but was easily cleared up about the rooms. The compound was beautiful but in need of a little maintenance. Pool pump and lights were not working along with a few other small things, but overall a great place. Woukd definitely go back when we had time to stay longer

Checked all the boxes and more...
We really enjoyed our stay at the home and in Loreto! The house and grounds are beautifully decorated and maintained. Be sure to check out the artwork and rancho-style design details that made the place so homey and original. Our teenagers loved having their own casita with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. All the rooms have TVs and Air con, which provided privacy and individual down-time. But there are plenty of places to gather and hang out with the whole group. Inside each house, the kitchens and common spaces were comfortable and well-stocked with the essentials for cooking. The real treat was hanging outside by the lovely, refreshing pool. There are fire pits, a sauna, a tiki bar, a grill (propane and wood) and plenty of spots to sit in comfy chairs and relax. The location was excellent! It's on a quiet street a skip and a hop from the plaza central and a block to the Malecon/beach front. It was super easy to walk everywhere, but if you needed to go to the grocery or explore a little further, there is an electric golf cart that you can tool around in. This was a super fun way to see the town! Finally, Salome and Charly are very friendly and accommodating. If I had any questions, Salome answered within minutes! They aim to please and we felt well cared for the entire time. I can guarantee that you will love your stay at this place and in Loreto!

Excellent location - close to good restaurants and to the promenade by the sea. Nice patio and buildings arrangement. Excellent for two to three couples. Helpful and pleasant property manager. Didn’t like noisy work on the upper floor of the building.

A fine place3
We loved the design and accommodations provided by this place. The linens, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces were clean and comfortable. The access to laundry was especially nice for our friend who drove down from Arizona. A few suggestions include offering a physical address for the place once booked - our taxi driver ended up giving us a tour of Loreto while searching for the space; including instructions for the brick sauna (which was magnificent), and including instructions on the pool (which was a little too cold for comfort). Our only negative comment on the property was the presence of workers working above the main house by 8am, running grinders and creating quite a bit of dust and debris that showered down into the bar/pool/yard area. This was an unfortunate discomfort on a fairly expensive rental, but hey, welcome to Mexico!! Cheers.

Amazing property right in town!
We had a GREAT time here. Charlie and Salome are fantastic hosts, and they have built a perfect rental home property. We have been to Loreto 5+ times and we LOVED staying here. You are right in town (literally adjacent to the square) and a 2 minute walk to the malecon and where the marina. The two casitas facing each other with a pool and beautiful outdoor area in the middle is a perfect set up for two families. The property is fully fenced in so our dogs loved hanging out while we played in the pool and relaxed. Everything is in fantastic condition, the kitchens (note two kitchens!) are very well stocked with cookware/dishes, and the internet worked great for when we had to work. We will definitely be back!!

Newly discovered gem in the heart of Loreto
The property was a fantastic discovery-- it is a new construction, with completely new appliances and furniture, and a beautiful pool, outdoor bar, and sauna. The house is <1 minute walk to the city center, yet on a quiet street with other residences.
