New cozy apartment for 2, short walk to beach #4

Our spacious, calm and clean apartment is situated in a new building, one block of forest desert from the beautiful Sea of Cortez .

The apartment is a perfect cozy base/workspace for solo travelers or couples who want to explore the vibrant beauty of Loreto and surrounding areas.

Our apartment is 5-7 min drive from downtown Loreto, restaurants and malecon.
One block away starts a wide sea side unpaved boardwalk. Right along the beach, the trail offers gorgeous views on the islands and the mountain range of La Giganta.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, it is fully accessible. A window opens on the large hallway. Guests have access to a shared large terrace at the second floor where they can enjoy beautiful views on the Sea and the Giganta mountains , with their coffee or a glass of wine!


Our street is not paved, but the half a block you will have to drive from where the pavement ends is hard dirt and can be driven by any car or bike. Our guests can park in the street in front of the building. Motorbikes and bicycles will park inside of the building, in the patio.

The property is secure with a locking front gate and is situated in a safe family neighborhood.

No parties allowed.
No smoking inside the building.
Between well-thought out lighting and passive natural light from a sunlight well, the space offers a cozy and relaxed vibe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances such as a fridge, 4 burners stove and a coffee maker. The pantry is stocked with salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, and sugar.

The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and sofa .
