There is so much to love about the Peach Bluff House! From its colorful décor, the amazing hand-painted peach mural, the sun-soaked living spaces…you will find yourself enjoying the relaxing nature of this home. You'll want to spend your time outdoors with a cup of coffee in hand while you take in the phenomenal views. There are smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom, sound machines are available for use in every room and you are welcome to use the washer and dryer during your stay. This home is conveniently located near many popular attractions including Lula Lake Land Trust and Rock City Gardens!

Home Layout:
Upon entering the property, you will be pleased to find an adorable screened in front porch with ample seating. The entryway welcomes you into a spacious and colorful living area with gorgeous wooden ceiling beams and a large smart TV. Access the kitchen, which showcases gorgeous bay windows, a large kitchen table, and a comfortable window seat. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials and appliances, as well as a drip coffee pot and a starter amount of ground medium roast coffee. Now for the bedrooms! The master bedroom has a King bed, a smart TV, and a spacious master bathroom with a soaker tub and a standing shower. The second spacious bedroom has a Full bed and the third bedroom has a Twin trundle bed combo. Access the top deck from the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the views and use the stairs to make your way down to more cozy outdoor seating and the luxurious 3 person hot tub which also showcases incredible views!

Things to Know About This Property:
1. MAX amount of parking is for 3 vehicles NO pets are allowed on this property
2. You will need to bring your own towels or the hot tub.
3. Although this home is single level, there is one step to get in the home and there are stairs to get down to the hot tub.
4. The grill on the property is a charcoal grill and you will need to bring your own charcoal and lighters.

HOT TUB:
Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's something that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us.

Weather and Outages!
As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
