«Check in reception was great. Property great! Everything on resort for entertainment. Only issue I had was my keys didn’t work at check in and I had to wait outside with a newborn for 30 mins until my sister arrived and had to grab new keys because security never came. Other than that, I would stay again.»

«The front office staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location to the beach was very convenient. The pool was clean and very cool temperature (which felt great). The property needs an update, but the room was adequate. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been much improved. The floor was filthy. The area around the property is pretty run down and did not seem safe at night. Would not recommend this area for single females. »

«Check in was easy. The room was excellent , loved the fact we had plenty of moving around room. Plenty of towels, dishes and kitchen utensil. Furniture was comfortable and clean. My 3 star on commutation was because there was no mention of the parking . The sign on the garage had a bush covering it so if you were not straight in front of it you could not see it. Although the parking pass was on the fridge, again no mention of the location of the garage.»

«Brad was easy to work with and quick to respond. Check- in and check-out are very easy. There's a convenience store on the main level of the building. Although small, the condo was exactly as advertised. The balcony view was perfect! Great for our week at the beach!»

«We had a wonderful time. The unit we stayed in could have been cleaned a little better. There was dust in places. The check in was through the email and no check in before 4:00 not minute before. When we arrived there was a sign in front of the building. The parking was limited unless you park across the street. Just a few small things make this a 4 rather than a 5 - - broken towel bar; lousy racquetball gear; lack of explaining that it's a condo unit within a hotel (strange); neighbors smoking weed on the balcony. »

«We had a great stay. Unit was on the 22nd floor, with amazing views of the beach & surrounding neighborhood. Unit was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator was so fast, it was surprising how quickly it got us from the ground floor. The only difficulty we had was with parking & check-in. «We loved our stay here! It was so nice and so many things to do onsite that if you didn’t want to leave, you really don’t have to.
