«We booked two rooms, same price. One was upstair, view was allright and it was a good size room. The second was much smaller, just a small windows. The second had coacroaches and something (snail's?) that left slime tracks on the carpet.
The better room had a toilet that didnt work.
All in all, nice location and nice people - but the rooms need a cleanup. »

«Fantastic value for money. Stayed in a 2-bed apartment, was incredibly spacious. Having the laundry to do the kids clothes over a long stay was very handy. The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. «No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it»
