On the edge of the forest and dunes bordering one of the largest beaches in Vendée, you will find the Conches district in Longeville-sur-Mer. In this residential area, we have found a large new house designed to accommodate 6 adults/2 children.

You are first seduced by its sandy garden with a beach atmosphere, where you will find an awning and a terrace for outdoor meals around the barbecue, as well as a beautiful 30 m² terrace with its awning, to enjoy the sun or a cool shade.

In the large living area, you will find the kitchen, large and practical with its central island, to prepare good meals for several people. You will find an induction hob, an oven, a large American-style fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For breakfast, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a Nespresso pod machine are at your disposal.



You will be able to take a seat around the large wooden table, both rustic and contemporary, to savour the fruit of your culinary efforts.

A comfortable TV lounge with its large corner sofa and its plush armchair awaits you to relax in front of a good film, vibrate during sporting events or gather around a board game.



On the night side, we first discover a beautiful master suite with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a private bathroom with a shower and access to the terrace. The "blue" room also offers a Queen Size bed and access to the garden. The "ochre" room has a double bed, and the "sky blue" room has two single beds.

A second bathroom with a large shower and two washbasins, as well as an independent toilet, complete the property.



For more comfort, you will also find a laundry room with a washing machine, hairdryer, four parking spaces on the plot and a private entrance. Finally, the entire house is air-conditioned.
