For your vacation on the Vendée coast, we offer this town house with its 45 m² courtyard, arranged to accommodate 5 people, ideally 2 adults and 3 children. The accommodation is not necessarily suitable for hosting 5 adults.



In the independent kitchen, you will find everything necessary for your meals: an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a Tassimo pod coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle will help you start the day well. You can have your meals in the kitchen or on the terrace, designed for dining and relaxing in the sun. A gas plancha is also available for delicious grilled dishes.



In the living room, a sofa bed offers sleeping space for two people. You will also find two comfortable armchairs, a television with digital terrestrial TV decoder, and a DVD player.



In the bedroom, you will have a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a bed of 110 x 190 cm, ideal for children, separated by a screen for more privacy.



The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. At the back of this room, you will also find the toilet. A baby chair and a booster seat are provided.
