This vacation home is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom town home with garden views from your private lanai and clubhouse views from the guest bedroom. Unit has been refinished to include updated, modern furnishings in a classy design. Kitchen includes upscale appliances complete with a french-door refrigerator with built-in Keurig, a spacious farmhouse sink, ample counter top space for chopping and sifting, and a backdrop art deco wall in a modern design. The master bathroom resembles a spa environment with wooden accents and clean lines. Now offering pet friendly options with prior approval.

Please Note: 660 cedars Ct does not include a landline phone; guests will be required to bring a personal cell phone for calling purposes.

The condo was bright, comfortable and relaxing. We loved the location, pool and neighborhood. Easy walking to the beach or bayside of the island. Would highly recommend!

The host was amazing! So easy to connect with! The place is just like the pictures! I’m an over cleaner so I did a deep cleaning on my own choice! We absolutely loved it!! The walks, a beautiful park called Joan Durant, convenience store,beach is within walk distance, pool is right outside your front door and local amazing restaurants to walk too!!

Had a wonderful time

We had a wonderful time in Richards Condo. The Condo was well equipped . Especially the Living Room and the kitchen were nice and comfortable.The nearby Pool was clean and good for swimming.The communication with Richard was always fast.We can give a huge thumbs-up for this location !Would come again !

Longboat Key 2024

Location of property was really good for us, steps to the pool which was really quiet, and a short drive to the beach. We had a few teething problems, all out of Richard's control but he responded really quickly and sorted it out. Just what you want from a rental manger.

Fabulous quiet but central location on the key

Richard, our host, was very responsive to our questions before and after arrival. His townhome was spacious, nicely decorated and just as it appears in the photos. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the kitchen contained everything a cook might desire and then some. He also very thoughtfully provided everything one would need for the beach and recreation. The tennis resort itself was quiet and very well maintained. And the people we encountered during our stay on LBK were very friendly and engaging. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

OK, but not a 5 Star property!

Ok stay, but needs work!! - No Furnace heat on main floor??? Had 2 space heaters rather than a working furnace in January (still 66 degrees one morning). Space heaters are NOT a SAFE option... On overnight? Leaving house with space heaters on??? Kids??? FIX the furnace!!! - Furnishings/Utensils - Only small 9" pans; Went to the dollar store to buy beer and wine glasses (on vacation, for gosh sakes); No food storage that had matching lids; A mish-mash of towels and linens, with limited hand towels and wash cloths. - Cleanliness on check-in - A few things were NOT good; Guest shower full of mold and mildew. We went out and bought shower spray to clean up the mess, but it was a lot of work. No property should have this type of shower!! The back porch was filthy...floor, screens, furniture; Looked like no one had been out there for months! - Appliances - The Keurig in the fridge was good, but the "revving" humming noise from the fridge for 17 days drove us nuts!!!! The oven is about 12" square... too small for a large frozen pizza. - STEPS - This is a big one for older guests or have health issues. 35 steps from the driveway to the top floor! The only bathrooms are on the top floor, so climbing steps was constant. It is a real workout, even for the fittest!! - Pool and Workout room- Unlike posting, Have to work out a deal at the clubhouse & get reimbursed from Host. - Garden View had tons of trash outside - BEES swarming into house above bedroom window Things to know!

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay at Richards house! It is very well equipped and we loved the Jura- coffee as we are used from home. The Community is very nice and the large pool a big benefit, we used is every day. It is quiet but still in walking distance to a few restaurants. It is a 5 min drive to Coquina beach which is stunning with its white powder sand. Richard was a very nice host and we would love to come back!

Perfect stay

It was our second time in beautiful Longboat Key and the first time in this absolutely stunning house. Everything was found like described at VRBO. Plenty of space all over recently renovated bathrooms a great and very well equipped kitchen and a spacious garage with really everything to go straight of to the beach. And even a beach trolley for all your equipment including chairs some beach toys for the kids and two parasols. The house is located directly in the Cedar East Tennis Resort which means you can use for free all their amenities the big pool, gym and a lot of the tennis courts. We had fun playing pickle ball and got our equipment right at the reception desk. We definitely enjoyed our stay, Richard the owner was very helpful and quick if there were some question from our side. We definitely would love to come back to this nice place. Regards from Germany.

Lovely townhome

Well equipped townhome in a lovely quiet development. Beautifully presented and clean and had everything you would need for a vacation. The development had a wonderful pool and was a few minutes walk to the beach. Very good communication from host. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay on Longboat Key

We had a wonderful vacation at Richard’s house on Longboat Key. It was very clean, well-equipped and spacious. The house is newly renovated and looks exactly like in the pictures. We also loved the Cedars complex - there’s a large, clean pool that wasn’t very busy, several tennis courts, a gym and a good restaurant. The location is great - close to the pool (not noisy though) and only a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach. Everything you need to have a lovely day at the beach has been provided by the host (chairs, umbrellas, cart, noodles, goggles, kid’s sand toys etc.). There are also various restaurants close by that serve excellent food. The host Richard was very friendly, always quick to respond and went out of his way to ensure we have a great stay (he even got a baby crib and a high chair for our 1-year-old). We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon! Thank you so much, Richard!
