Guest Access:

Access to Emerald Lake amenities, including the lake, beach, playground, and tennis courts

*Please be advised that we require our non-Airbnb guests to provide a clear copy of Government ID before arrival*

*Reservations made outside of Airbnb need to be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. If not, the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Please ensure timely payment to secure your booking.*

* HOA requires guest information 2 days prior to arrival (failure to submit incurs $100 HOA fine)

Respect Community Property

Please be respectful of Emerald Lake common property, including beaches, docks, picnic benches, paddle boats, and more. You may be held accountable for any damage caused.



Speed Limit

The speed limit throughout Emerald Lakes is 25 miles per hour. Please obey for the safety of children, neighbors, and wildlife.



No Firearms

Discharging firearms anywhere within Emerald Lakes is strictly prohibited.



Littering

Do not litter. Help keep the community clean and protect the natural surroundings.



Trash & Recycling

There are trash cans outside in a bear cage that must be thrown away before the next morning for trash pick up on Wednesday.



Fireworks

Fireworks are strictly prohibited in Emerald Lakes. This is a zero-tolerance policy enforced by the CFCA Rules & Regulations.



Off-Road Vehicles

Off-road vehicles (including ATVs, snowmobiles, etc.) are not allowed on township roads, CFCA common property, or frozen lakes. It is illegal to operate such vehicles on Pennsylvania roads.



Pedestrian & Cyclist Safety

For safety: walkers should stay on the left, facing traffic; bikers should stay on the right, going with traffic.



Fishing & Boating

A fishing license is required for anyone over the age of 16. All fish must be released (catch & release only). Only electric boat motors are allowed. Please review local regulations for full fishing and boating guidelines.



Noise & Behavior

Please respect the privacy and serenity of other residents. No loud music, parties, or unruly behavior. Tobyhanna Township's noise ordinance is in effect. Violations may result in police involvement and CFCA fines, including for the homeowner.
