«Conveniently located near Clayton and Alexandria Bay. Parking could be better marked, especially for late arrivals. The space was clean, though the plastic mattress protectors, while hygienic, were uncomfortable. The towels were excellent. The area was quiet, with a short walk to the waterfront and a handy market across the street. A brewery is also within walking distance. The coffee was good, and the real mugs were a nice touch.»

«My husband, myself and my daughter we all enjoyed our stay here. It was very nice. It was a beautiful neighborhood and what I liked was the location and everything was nearby within walking distance, different restaurants, different ice cream places, as well as breakfast diners and sandwich shops only downside was the leather chair that was in the living room. «We enjoyed staying here. It is off the 'beaten path" enough to not have to deal with crowds. But also close to many attractions. Rick did a great job telling us what to be sure to see in the area. The Pool house is very comfortable, all you may need was there. Our only disappointment was it is not available during the winter! Great job to the Martin's!»

«This was a beautiful get-away with a lovely private beach. The apartment was super clean with peaceful colors & art. Vivian made our stay very comfortable; gave us solid recommendations for local eats. She chatted with us (at our invitation), and we had plenty of privacy too. The Cottage Bakery near by was a treat. «This beautiful, very clean and comfortable home provided the getaway we had hoped for. From the kitchen to the living quarters, we had everything needed for the comforts of home. «We chose this apartment for its location on the water and were not disappointed. Deck and yard have outstanding, panoramic lake views, and the clouds, sunsets and stars were just breathtaking. Clean and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds. Very close to a funky, local bar/restaurant, and just a few miles from the the towns of Cape Vincent and Clayton. Bought great wines at two local vineyards! Loved every minute!»
