“Down the shore!”

Great location for the best of Long Branch
This unit had everything you need for a relaxing stay in Long Branch or Seven Presidents Park. The unit was well maintained, and anything out of sorts was relayed to the owner for review immediately. Inside the unit, tvs were newer , and you need to bring your own streaming or use the Roku Live Channels. A newer refrigerator/freezer unit will keep all your food and goodies cold, and the A/C was super chill, too. Although we didn’t use the beach amenities, the owner does provide chairs, beach tags, an umbrella and outside shower. Beds were adequate and plenty of storage for your clothes. If you have a bad time here, it’s your own fault!

Lovely Get Away
The location and condition of the rental were perfect for what we were looking for. It was a nice neighborhood, easy walk to the beach. The rental unit was very clean and the owner was really easy to work with. I would definatly stay there again.

Perfect LB weekend & location
This was the perfect place for my teens and I to spend memorial day weekend. The one-way street keeps traffic away and it’s literally steps to the beach. Beautiful homes surround this spot and we loved the place. Wish we could rent it out all summer. Our 4 pound dog was with us and she had a great time too. Thank you for your hospitality and it was definitely an affordable price.

A nice stay
The rental was extremely clean and we enjoyed our visit. The kids bedroom was nice and dark at night which was great for our infant. We had some communication with the the host/owner over an issue with the lock on the front door and they were easy to reach and quick to respond. We liked this place and would stay again.

Refreshing
I was only there for a couple of days but the apartment was beautiful as well as the neighborhood and the beach was one minute away so it really was a great refresher. They really make you feel at home and the place was so clean and had everything I needed for a quick getaway. Highly recommended

Great location!
Great location, beautiful property! We enjoyed walking to the beach and got lucky with some warm temps in October. We attended a wedding at Ocean Place Resort and it was an easy and enjoyable walk on the beachfront walkway to get there. The owners were very kind and hospitable. The unit itself was great and had everything we needed! The outdoor shower was a nice perk and the outdoor deck space was very nice too.

Our visit was extremely enjoyable! Property was nice located in an excellent neighborhood…. Very clean, convenient to shopping and restaurants! All in walking distance! 1/2 a block from the beach! Had everything you needed…. From towels, linens, dishes etc. Do not hesitate…. You will not be disappointed!

Great spot for a couple or small family looking for a fun beach vacay
What a lovely apartment! Clean and pretty, with a great private deck space out back where you can drink coffee and hang your beach clothes, and featuring a beautiful outdoor shower to wash all the sand off. You're a tenth of a mile from the boardwalk and the beach (the apartment came with Long Branch beach passes, which is a great touch! We didn't explore other beaches farther down the boardwalk, but there are many), and a 15-minute walk to Pier Village, with tons of shops and restaurants as well as a carousel and other boardwalk fun for kids. I would absolutely return here, and we made some great memories.

Just like the listing.
Very clean place. As advertised on the listing. Half block to the beach, outside area/grill and shower was great! Lots of good options in Pier Village, local grocery shopping and highly rated restaurants all walking distance. Loved the short walk to the Italian ice place as well. Highly recommend.

Clean and Cute!!!
My girls and I were here for a dance competition that was at a hotel a few blocks away. This apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean, updated appliances and decor, comfortable beds, quiet and had everything we needed. Loved the back little deck to sit on in the morning and it was very close walk to the beach entrance which was great! I highly recommend this little gem that we were very lucky to have found in Long Branch and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!!

Excellent!
Location was fantastic; right around the corner from Rooney’s (great restaurant), seven Presidents Beach. My husband and I traveled with my 93 year old father. Ground floor and separate bedrooms were perfect for us all! Christina the property manager was extremely responsive by email and the owner came downstairs to meet us when we were outside. Excellent!

This property was very accurate to description it had every amentidy we needed for a long weekend, it was very clean, my only critique would be the lighting in the living area was very bright and no way to dim it, my suggestion would be a dimmer switch or perhaps a lamp in living room. Other then that it was a great property.

Loved everything
This property was incredibly clean & actually even better in person, really nice decor & it had everything we needed. The location is perfect, it’s about 4 houses up from the beach. The boardwalk is right there & you can walk to everything, so many great food options just steps away. We rented bikes several times, which was a lot of fun! The bike rental is only a half a block away. Our dog even loved it there! He was completely chill & relaxed, sometimes he’s nervous at new places but he was right at home. It’s a quiet, comfy space to relax. We will absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this property. The hosts are lovely, but beware when they start cooking around 6 or so at night, you will want to invite yourself to dinner. They couldn't have been more gracious and kind as we had three girls with us under the age of 10 and well, they can get pretty loud. Access to the beach and parking are a major plus.

Beach trip
House was super clean and decorated very nicely. Beds, bedding, and bath towels are high end and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was fully stocked with cleaning supplies, hand soap, dish soap, paper towel, garbage bags, vacuum, sandwich bags, tin foil, coffee, and much more. It’s pet friendly so we were able to bring our poodle which was beyond wonderful. I would definitely stay again. Lots of closet space. TVs in every room. My kids loved the outdoor shower. The only only only complaint - and it has nothing to do with the wonderful owners and the beautiful house -but to the guests who stayed before us and decided to fry something in the closet with no venting (bc it’s a large storage closet with a hot plate and toaster). The smell was unbearable!! But we kept that door closed and aired it out the first few hours and reported it to the owner the second we walked in. If you want to rent a house and fry something please choose a house with a stove and proper venting system- not this house. In short, we were very very happy with this property. Thank you again! We will be back next summer for sure!

We had a great stay for the weekend. One more night would have been great. The house had all the amenities we needed. The beach umbrella and chairs were great. I wish I knew it came with the rental to avoid having to bring our own. The beds were comfortable. The rental came with all we needed. The privacy was great and the closeness to the beach was peachy.

Perfect weekend getaway
We had a great stay at the property. The location is fantastic; the property was clean and had everything you could need. We stayed Friday-Monday over MDW. Unfortunately it rained (really really rained) the entire time until check out - thankfully the apartment was big enough that our 2 year old could run around and get his energy out indoors. We hope to stay again and experience the location with better weather. The beach itself looked beautiful and the sea looked wonderful for surfing. We had a little nightmare with parking; street parking is now resident only (which makes sense as there isn’t a whole lot of space) so we parked in the paid spaces in the street parallel ($16 per day). Unfortunately, we got a ticket and I’m still not quite sure why (fully paid etc) but the owners were kind and allowed us to park on their driveway.

Wonderful experience during a very difficult time
We stayed at this lovely property to be close to my dad who was having a serious surgery at nearby Monmouth Medical Center. It was a stressful time for my family and it was the perfect sanctuary to return to everyday. The apartment was spotless, quiet, comfortable, & had all the amenities we needed. It was really nice to be close to the beach. I wish we could have spent some time on it. Check in and communication was super easy and Christina was very understanding and flexible for us. I really hope to return again under better circumstances
