Inside, the spacious master suite boasts a king-sized bed, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite with a double shower and vanities. Three additional well-appointed bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen) provide ample space for families or groups. The theatre room, complete with a fold-down double Murphy bed, ensures hours of family entertainment, while a table tennis table offers friendly competition.

Seabreeze Sanctuary is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air conditioning, and a laundry with a washing machine. The main bathroom features a spa bath, perfect for the kids or relaxing after a day at the beach. Linens, bath towels, and tea towels are provided for your convenience. Double garage.

Located in a quiet street, just a short 2-minute drive or easy walk to the beach, Seabreeze Sanctuary is only 7 minutes from the shopping centre in Batemans Bay, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility.



We are pet friendly but only for small dogs and no dogs allowed on furniture.
